Charlotte McKinney brought her bombshell look Thursday to a Hollywood development project's grand opening block party.

The 23-year-old actress showed cleavage in an off-the-shoulders black mini dress with a midriff cutout and sheer long sleeves.

The Florida native accentuated her long legs in open-toed black collar heels.

Charlotte had her long blonde hair gathered up in a high ponytail and accessorized with hoop earrings.

The model turned actress joined other stars at the block party celebrating the opening of TAO Asian Bistro, Beauty & Essex, Avenue and Luchini Pizzeria & Bar in Hollywood.

The 150,000-square foot project will take up a full city block adjacent to the Dream Hollywood Hotel.

The Avenue nightclub will officially open Tuesday while TAO Asian Bistro, Beauty & Essex restaurant and Luchini Pizzeria will open to the public in early April.

Dream Hollywood Hotel will open later this spring with dining and nightlife from the TAO Group.

TAO Group operates the food and beverage at its New York City Dream Downtown hotel and also will exclusively manage Dream Hollywood Hotel's food and beverage operations - marking their first venture in the Los Angeles market.

Charlotte rose to fame in a Carl's Jr. burger commercial in January 2015 that also aired during Super Bowl XLIX.
