It's the most important dress she will ever purchase. And, at $15,000, it's surely also the priciest.

Yet Katie Maloney had no hesitation when she tried on the gown which would become her wedding dress at the famous Kleinfeld Bridal store in New York, where Say Yes To The Dress is filmed.

'The minute I put it on there were goosebumps all over,' the Vanderpump Rules star told PeopleStyle of her Zuhair Murad choice. 'I thought, "This is it. This is the dress I’m going to marry Tom in." You just know. I had such a visceral reaction it was awesome.'

The 29-year-old waitress wed her long-term lover and co-star Tom Schwartz back in August, with the nuptials to be broadcast on Monday night's edition of the reality show.

Katie said she did try on a few other gowns to be certain, but the long-sleeved one just 'felt' right.

'The lace and the detail was so perfect,' she said. 'It felt like it was vintage, unique and special.'

The couple certainly splashed the cash on their big day - spending $50,000 on the ceremony at Twenty Mile House in Northern California, which saw the pair wed under a white canopy and on a bed of rose petals.

But Katie has no regrets about her wedding, which she planned in just 12 weeks.

She married aspiring actor Tom in an evening ceremony in front of 100 guests, which of course included Lisa Vanderpump (who officiated the ceremony) and her daughter Pandora.

Among Katie's bridesmaids were her co-stars Kristen Doute, Scheana Shay and Stassi Schroeder, but unsurprisingly Lala Kent and James Kennedy were unceremoniously left off the guest list.

Those who were invited made sure to document the festivities on social media, making use of the bride and groom's special wedding Snapchat filter, which even featured their beloved dogs Gordo and Butter.

Katie's best friend Brittany Cartwright, who was also a bridesmaid, shared a snapshot of the bride looking beautiful on her big day.

The reality star had her dark hair up with a crystal-embellished headband sitting on top of it, and also sported soft, smoky eye make-up and pale pink lipstick.
