The couple gazed lovingly at each other in a snap she shared on her Snapchat page on Sunday.

Chris is the latest model to fall under the spell of the wealthy blonde, as she previously dated toyboy catwalk star River Viiperi, 25, from 2012 until 2014.

She had previously shown off her new man Chris, who also works as an actor, at an event in Hollywood on Thursday.
