EXCLUSIVE 'I'm less self-conscious about my post-baby body': Sam Faiers reveals she loves her new shape and doesn't feel pressure to be 'super-fit'

She was back in her bikini just four months after welcoming her first child. 

And Sam Faiers has admitted that she found it easy to 'spring back' to her pre-baby body, and feels 'less self-conscious' than ever before.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the 26-year-old reality star revealed that her body confidence has increased since baby Paul was born in December in 2015.

She revealed: 'I think now I am less self-conscious as you have had a baby and carried a baby and your body does go through changes.

'Being in a bikini and having a baby - I think people think that you look great anyway as you’ve had a baby!

'But if you haven’t you’re always trying to feel good and fit and I used to constantly go to the gym to make sure I had definition.

'Obviously that’s always great to do but I don’t feel like I am under as much pressure now I'm a mum to do that. I feel like we are "allowed" not to be super fit!'

Explaining how she maintains her incredible figure, she said: 'I have always enjoyed exercising, and the fact that I’m quite young as well, I was able to have the baby and then spring back into shape without doing a lot. 

'I was quite lucky, and also I home cook and we eat all organic and I think it’s good. Don’t get me wrong, we do enjoy a treat and a take away now and then but it does come down to your diet and what you’re eating every day.'

Despite taking pride in her appearance, Sam was quick to lash out at body shamers, who expect women to look a certain way. 

She reasoned: 'There shouldn’t be any pressure at all because everyone comes in different shapes and sizes!

'It’s a lifestyle choice, not everyone wants to go to the gym every day. Everyone is different so nobody should be judged.'

During her pregnancy, Sam could rely on her elder sister Billie for tips, and is thrilled to return the favour now that Billie has welcomed her second child.  

Talking about the new mum, she revealed: ‘Billie is doing amazing and all the family are doing great and just all supporting each other at the moment.’

Meanwhile, Sam has made no secret of the fact she wants another child of her own with boyfriend Paul Knightley and is also hoping to get married soon. 

The former TOWIE star was full of kind words for her boyfriend of two years, gushing: 'Do you know what it is? He is really complimentary.

'He compliments me all the time, telling me that I look good and even when I was pregnant he was like "you look amazing". He’s always making me feel good so obviously that’s nice.'

The couple have just moved house with baby Paul, but Sam hinted that their dream of moving to Los Angeles isn't over just yet. 

'I would love to go back and in the future to spend more time out there,' she explained. 'It is obviously a long way from home but I just love the sunshine and the people and it’s just so nice out there.'

The starlet has just designed her collection, the Rare London SS17 Edit with Sam Faiers, and she proved to be her own best advert. 

But despite sizzling in every snap, the CBB star admitted that she was a bit nervous at the start of the shoot.

'I modelled all of them and some of them are quite sexy so I was a little bit apprehensive at first,' she revealed. 'But then once I was shooting them all and got into the swing of things I actually felt quite confident.' 

Discussing how she got involved with the collaboration, she revealed she reached out to Rare after being a fan of the brand.   

'When I was pregnant we didn’t go out a lot and you dedicate that first year to being a mum, so it’s nice to be able to put on glitzy going out stuff now and again to feel good!'
