Last week, Bethenny's ex husband Jason Hoppy appeared in a Manhattan courtroom to face charges of harassment and stalking the star.
He is charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.
He's also charged with stalking in the fourth degree for contacting the 'female victim numerous times via email and facetime' as well as approaching her and 'making verbal threats.'
Bethenny was granted a six-month restraining order one day after Jason's arrest, which prohibits her ex-husband from speaking with her.
