Setting the record straight: Holly Willoughby, 36, was quick to shoot down pregnancy rumours as she was asked outright on Thursday's episode of the ITV show by Keith Lemon
'No!' she squealed. 'I get asked this on a regular basis!'
As Keith warned 'you better not be', he added: 'Are you planning on getting pregnant?' to which she swiftly shot down.
Sticking up for his co-star, Phillip Schofield remarked: 'People are always trying to see if she’s pregnant', as he reasoned that Holly wouldn't have been playing with lambs on Wednesday's show if that had been the case as pregnant women are advised not to touch livestock.

Keith left Holly flustered earlier in the episode as he accused her of swearing at him live on television.
As the blonde bombshell accidentally pronounced 'advert' as 'advunt', Keith shot back: 'What did you just call me?
'Unt? You unt?'
Giggling away, Holly shushed him as they swiftly moved the conversation along.
Keith's cheeky line of questioning came after Twitter went into meltdown last week following a discussion about the Zika virus.
The incident occurred when she was chatting to travel writer Simon Calder.
Holly - who is already mother to Harry, Belle and Chester with her husband Dan Baldwin - became subject to speculation on Twitter after the expert failed to include her in a list of non-pregnant people, when addressing how the virus affects those who are expecting.

Simon appeared on the show to give viewers advice about how to avoid the Zika virus while they travel this summer.
Discussing the many destinations that are free and safe from the illness, the expert began to address the dangers of the disease in pregnant women.
He said: 'Zika is a nasty, mosquito-born disease. For people like me and Phillip it doesn't matter at all – we might feel lousy for a few days.

'But anyone who is pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant, it can be quite serious.'
However, several viewers took his failure to include Holly in the list of non-pregnant people mentioned, as an accidental slip that the blonde presenter was in fact expecting.
Taking to Twitter with their speculations, one wrote: '#ThisMorning 'me and Phil are okay, but people who are pregnant or trying' Holly?'
Interesting wording: Simon said of the virus: 'Zika is a nasty, mosquito-born disease. For people like me and Phillip it doesn't matter at all – we might feel lousy for a few days'
Whoops: He then added: ''But anyone who is pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant, it can be quite serious'
While another added: 'Didn't include Holly in his comment about Zika but said it affects people who are pregnant or thinking of getting pregnant #thismorning' followed by a confused emoji.
MailOnline has contacted representatives of Holly for comment.
It is not the first time that Holly has been at the brunt on pregnancy rumours following on-air gaffes on the ITV morning show.

Last month, fashion expert Trinny Woodall added fuel to the fire by discussing her type of baby bump during her styling segment.
Introducing a model who was 6 months pregnant, the 53-year-old explained to Holly and Phillip Schofield: 'Because Lucy has a very similar shape to me, she has a long body, and when you do, your bump doesn't show so quickly.'
She then turned to Holly however to add: 'Your bump might show quickly because you have very long legs.'

Stealing a quick glance at her co-host, Phil then quickly changed the subject back to the model's choice of clothing.
The incident however once again set the rumour mill whirring among fans, with many taking to the social media site to write: 'Loose lipped Trinny = a pregnant Holly!'
Initial speculation that the Celebrity Juice star was pregnant first began in February, when she refused to eat cheese during a cooking segment on the show.
Pregnant women are advised against soft and strong cheeses as they can include bacteria which can cause an infection, potentially harmful to the foetus.
Happy family: Holly is already mother to three children with her husband of nearly ten years, Dan Baldwin (above) - Harry, 7, Belle, five and two-year-old son Chester
However the former Dancing On Ice host had gone on to eat a number of other cheeses on the show, after claiming she simply had not wanted to eat something mouldy in the morning.

Often posting sweet images of her brood on her social media pages, the star recently admitted that she had always felt destined for motherhood.
She told Hello! magazine: 'All I ever wanted to be was a mum. It wasn't like when I was at school I thought: 'Oh, I'm going to be this big career girl'.'
'Being a mummy is definitely my most favourite job of all, without a shadow of a doubt.'
