Robin Thicke and his son Julian, six, spent more time together on Thursday in Malibu.

The Blurred lines singer, 40, and his only child held hands as they strolled together in the spring sunshine.

The duo even rocked similar ensembles, pairing untucked shirts with baggy pants and sneakers.

Thicke had gelled his short hair at the front and sported a pair of reflective sunglasses.

He has been caring for Julian while the boy's mother and his ex-wife Paula Patton films her new TV show in Vancouver, Canada.

The former couple recently agreed to privately settle their previously bitter custody dispute over the boy during which Patton was granted a restraining order against her former husband.

Stocking up: While the Blurred Lines singer was on daddy duty, his girlfriend April Love Geary, 22, wore a hoodie and leggings for a trip to the grocery store

While the recording artist was out with Julian, his much younger girlfriend April Love Geary was spotted stocking up on groceries.

The model, 22, rocked a black hoodie paired with skintight black leggings that revealed her slim frame.

She added black Nike's and wore her hair in a messy topknot.

Meanwhile, Patton, 41, was pictured in the driver's seat of a car as she filmed scenes for the drama series Somewhere Between north for the border on Tuesday.

In the series for ABC, she plays a mother Laura price who travels back in time to try and prevent the murder of her daughter.

She knows her daughter Serena is going to be murdered but she just doesn't know when it will happen and she finds herself fighting against time to stop the inevitable.

Somewhere Between received a 10-episode pickup in December.
