She's just back from Las Vegas, where her ladylike turn on the red carpet was a very memorable one.

Back in New York, typical tomboy Cara Delevingne was still looking sophisticated when she left her hotel on Wednesday morning.

The British beauty looked slick in tailored trousers and a monochrome top with a criss-cross detail that flashed just enough of her model figure.

She emerged with her silver hair worn in a tight bun teamed with a pair of aviator sunglasses.

Just as if she was on a catwalk, she took long strides towards her car in tricky skyscraper heels but walked on them with confidence.

Her top criss-crossed across her chest, leaving sheer panels to serve as a contrast to the checker-board pattern.

Earlier that day, she was more conservatively dressed, sporting a long black trench coat over her crop top.

She'd paired the trousers with comfy trainers, which served as a stark contrast to her rather glammed up appearance the previous night.

Cara had attended CinemaCon in Las Vegas decked out in a dramatic red PVC skirt and revealing shirt.

With her movie career being her main focus, the stunning star used the event to help kick off the promo trail for her forthcoming flick Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.

Cara was last seen on British screens when she appeared on Friday's Comic Relief telethon where she was left blushing whilst quizzed by host Graham Norton about having sex on a plane.

'Well we were talking about having sex on a plane,' Graham went on. 'You were doing it, and a man was watching it...'

To which Cara interjected: 'My father is here by the way, sorry dad...'

Practically cringing into her seat, Cara stumbled over her words and said: 'I don't even know how to start this story.'
