On the third anniversary of his wife's death, Peaches Geldof's widower Thomas Cohen, 25, (main and inset) gave a rare insight into home life with their two sons Astala, five, and Phaedra, four, (centre) who he now raises as a single father. Found dead by Thomas, the late daughter of Sir Bob Geldof, 25, (top right with Thomas and bottom right, with their children, both in 2013) took a fatal heroin overdose at their cottage in Kent in 2014 yet as Thomas now explains, his immediate concern was to make his children their lunch, just one hour later. The children were in the house at the time of the accidental overdose, which directly mimicked the circumstances of heroin addict Paula Yates - Bob's late wife and Peaches' mother - who died while she was at home, looking after four-year-old Tiger Lily.

Over ONE MILLION migrants are 'in the pipeline' in Libya

Joseph Walker-Cousins, former head of the British Embassy Office in Benghazi, said refugees were massing in the war-torn country having fled conflict and poverty. Criminal human trafficking gangs are raking in billions of pounds charging migrants large sums to be smuggled across the Mediterranean in flimsy dinghies and boats. Mr Walker-Cousins also launched a scathing attack on the European Union naval mission to reduce the number of people making the dangerous journey and prevent deaths at sea. Charter of Fundamental Right set to be ditched in Brexit

David Davis told MPs that the vast majority of EU laws would be transferred on to the statute book in a Great Repeal Bill designed to ensure a 'smooth and orderly' Brexit. But he said ministers would take the opportunity to ditch the controversial Charter of Fundamental Rights, introduced in 2000, which Keith Vaz, (pictured top right at the time), likened to the Beano. It has since been blamed for hampering the fight against crime and terrorism. Its planed demise was welcomed by Tory MPs, who said it was the first dividend from the vote to leave the EU but Labour said it would oppose the move. Nicola Sturgeon photo similar to Thatcher picture

Nicola Sturgeon has always said she is a 'child of Thatcher' who got involved in politics because of her anger at the policies of the late Tory prime minister. The Scottish Government last night tweeted an image of the First Minister with her feet up on a couch in her official Edinburgh residence (pictured right). The 45-year-old was pictured as she signed a letter to the Prime Minister formally requesting a second Scottish independence referendum.
