The wig-loving 38-year-old - who boasts 5.4M followers - pursed her artificially-plumped lips for the camera while playing with her hair extensions.

The vainglorious reality star later gazed at her own reflection after changing into a white blouse featuring an undone pussy bow.

But it's still unclear whether Bravo renewed the former DWTS contestant's spin-off Don't Be Tardy for a sixth season following the December 14 fifth season finale.
