The Univision Code of Business Conduct serves as the foundation of the Company’s Compliance Program. The Code guides ethical business conduct and sets forth expectations for legally-compliant behavior by employees and third parties. UCI’s officers, directors, and employees are required to read the Code and certify their compliance with the Company’s standards.

UCI maintains a number of Company-wide policies and related procedures to facilitate compliance with laws, regulations and ethical business standards. As UCI continues to grow and expand its profile, it will continue to set high standards to maintain the trust and confidence of our audience and partners, and empower employees with clear and accessible information about legal and regulatory requirements.

UCI regularly communicates with and trains employees to ensure their understanding of Company policies and procedures and to provide information on the UCI Listens channels.

UCI maintains communication channels for employees to ask questions, seek guidance and advice, discuss or raise integrity concerns about potential violations of the law or UCI policies, or to make suggestions for the improvement of internal compliance controls. The channels can be accessed confidentially or anonymously if an employee so chooses.

Retaliation against employees who speak up in good faith about potential violations of the law or Company policy is prohibited.
