Crown Princess Mary of Denmark was back at it again on Saturday when she attended the confirmation of her 14-year-old nephew, Prince Felix with her young family. The glamorous royal donned one of her favourite floral dresses for the occasion - a yellow and grey number from Danish designer Ole Yde. It was six-year-old Princess Josephine (bottom left and bottom right of right), however, who stole the show. Dressed in a black and white dress and black tights, the young royal ensured all eyes were on her as she laughed and waved to photographers as she held her older sister Princess Isabella's hand. ...read

THIS WEEK WE'RE LOVING...

While to many people, Vera Bradley means quilted duffel bags and brightly-colored blankets, we just can't get enough of the brand's newly-released leather offerings. Particularly this brown saddle bag ($248) and aubergine shoulder bag ($298), both of which very quickly caught our eye during the brand's recent press day in New York City. And, because we don't like to choose, we think both will have to find their way into our spring/summer wardrobes very soon...
If you thought you'd seen everything there was to offer as far as fun phone cases were concerned, think again. Because thanks to New York-based brand Wild and Woolly, smartphone cases just got a very chic - and oh-so-cozy - update. The wonderfully woolly accessories are the brain child of the company's founder, Nina Cheng, who decided to put a very playful spin on the fun-filled phone case trend with a bit of fluff when she grew tired of dropping, and inevitably breaking, her own phone a few too many times. The high-end cases (which start at $310) are available in a variety of fun colors and textures sure to suit even the most discerning of iPhone users.
With spring just around the corner, it's time to start thinking about that warm weather wardrobe, from clothing to shoes to accessories. And what better way to add some sparkle to your outfit than with this beautifully delicate gold choker from Metier Jewelry, an Etsy-based company that has us drooling over its adorable items - not least this $210 Greek goddess-inspired Calliope Choker. Now all we need is some actual sunshine.
Add some extra style to any ensemble with these chic - but oh-so wearable - earrings from British-based designer Maria Francesca Pepe. The brand offers a variety of unique designs, from earrings to necklaces to rings. Our favourite pair however is without a doubt the (H)oops! Pendant Earrings (£130). Snap 'em up online now before they're gone...
Finding a phone case that fits your personality is almost as important as the technology itself. Do you go for something glittery? A case covered in rhinestones? Something more simple? And how do you make sure it stands out from the crowd? Thankfully one new brand has it all sussed out, offering high-quality cases that can be personalized with whatever word, phrase, or symbol you wish. Founded by designer Hilary Nadelman, Off My Case offers a variety of chic color combinations, from black and white to a very snazzy gold, for its customizable cases, which retail at $75 each. Needless to say we've already ordered one for Team Femail...
Famed for his nostalgic Disney designs, menswear designer Bobby Abley has provided the perfect throw back fashion once again with his latest collection. His Power Rangers line will have you harping back to a simpler time when arguing about who got to play which ranger was your biggest concern. But while the inspiration may be childish the execution of Ableys designs are fashion forward. So whether youre a pink or a blue ranger grab his iconic new 'it' sweaters exclusively at Selfridges.

USPAAH is an on-demand mobile spa app bringing qualified beauty and wellness professionals to clients within an hour of booking. The idea was born out of founder Iglika Ghouse's own need to fit treatments into her busy schedule. Iglika was working as an investment banker in the city of London for over ten years and always struggled to find last-minute bookings or good quality, reliable providers of services at home. She assembled a team, and set out to create USPAAH to make it easier for busy people to treat themselves. By disrupting the traditional spa model, the app is giving men and women something theyre increasingly short on - time.

If you're headed to the O2 Arena or find yourself per chance in North Greenwich, check out Craft. Boasting 360 degree views of the Thames-side area, this restaurant oozes retro-cool. The menu offers a concise selection of salivating treats, from lamb belly to chunky red mullet. There is an emphasis on locally-sourced produced, with seasonal ingredients used in all dishes. The cocktails are also a must, with a fine whisky selection to boot. Craft is a project by British chef Stevie Parle with famed interior designer Tom Dixon. Along with the restaurant there is a café, cocktail bar and shop.

'Who is this mysterious Janice?' I wondered as my friend and I sat down for a very early bottomless brunch at Ask for Janice, in Farringdon, London. The restaurant has just started boozy brunches on a Saturday, where you pay £35 for three plates each and unlimited cocktails. For most, 10.30am may be too early to start hitting the booze - but not for us. The Buck's Fizz was light on the alcohol and high on juice, which to be honest is just as well for that early in the morning. And the Salty Dog - a mix of gin and grapefruit juice - was a perfect hangover cure. Onto breakfast: everything on the menu is a high end spin on traditional brunch classics. I recommend the smoky baked beans on toast (nothing like Heinz) and the moreish bubble and squeak rosti with a creamy hollandaise enriched with HP sauce. The portions are plentiful and you'll leave stuffed and ever so slightly tipsy. But I'm still not sure who Janice is.

To celebrate Pancake Day this year, Londons Mac & Wild have stuck to their roots and created a very special Scottish delicacy, a battered Mars bar pancake. This pancake will be perfect Shrove Tuesday treat and will have you shouting och aye from the rooftops. The delicious dish will consist of a crépe filled with luxurious chocolate ganache and gooey caramel. The pancake will then be battered and deep-fried. One bite and youll be flipping well hooked!
In times of political turmoil, society tends to look backwards, rather than to the future. The London bar scene has cottoned on to the fact we're all yearning for the past because as soon as you step into Bobby Fitzpatrick, which has just opened in West Hampstead, you're swept off your feet to the 1970s, complete with shag pile carpet and dodgy wallpaper. Cushy armchairs that wouldn't look out of place in your nan's front room adorn the downstairs bar. It's just on the right side of seedy. On press night, the place is thriving. I feel like I've travelled back in time to one of the coolest parties in town. The cocktails are all sugary sweet, but I enjoy the slushy pina colada. The food circulating the room leaves the serving plates quickly but the few morsels I manage to grab - a garlic mushroom and a chicken nugget - are crispy, deep fried and tender. Escape the world outside by descending into the 70s with Bobby.

To gamble is, by definition, to take a risk - but there's one spot that's risk free at Leicester Square's Hippodrome Casino and that's its restaurant: Heliot Steak House. Though some may be put off by the idea of dining in a place where sexy dancers perform downstairs and people lose thousands, the restaurant is set away from the noise and bright lights of the casino floor, while still affording you a view of the action below. As for the food, it comes close to faultless. Smoked salmon came in a cloche filled with smoke, the haggis (for we dined on Burns Night) was peppery, meaty and an excellent introduction to the traditional dish, and the steak was up there with the best I have eaten in London. Mains start at £11, steaks at £14.

Whether or not a trip to the theatre is on the cards, a visit to Christopher's Covent Garden is a must. In opulent surroundings, you can expect to be greeted by delightfully professional and friendly staff - and the romantic ambience will light up any date night. The food is a treat for even the most discerning of diners. The wagyu beef is unforgettable, and the lobster macaroni and cheese adds a lavish twist to the tabletop staple - while the tuna tartare with guacamole starter is a mouth-watering way to kick off your meal. Also, the resident sommelier's taste is impeccable, so be sure to ask for his recommendation. Last word of advice, make sure to sample the delicious cocktails - the Nutella martini is not to be missed!

Shelter from the wet weather and cold in Londons famed Venetian eatery, Polpo. The restaurant recently launched a new menu, which promises - as per usual - to satisfy your cravings for delicious Italian fare. Be sure to try the stuffed olives and the rabbit salad, washed down with the Cherry Manhattan or classic Negroni. On the dessert front, the Amaretto-infused affogato comes highly recommended. The Soho location has an upstairs and downstairs but weekends can get busy, so arrive early or book early to avoid disappointment. Polpo also has locations outside of London, with more branches set to open over the course of the year.

Innovative sushi isn't always easy to find in London and if you're bored of a bog standard California roll, head to Murakami in Covent Garden, which has just had a re-launch. The setting is pared back but feels luxe enough for date night or dinner with clients and the service is second-to-none. As for the food, expect mouthwatering sushi rolls with a difference. We loved the Aburi Sushi (flame seared) and Oshi sushi (flame seared pressed); they were super fresh and light but exploded with flavour. The Rib Eye with shiitake and yuzu sweet soya sauce literally melts in the mouth and the puddings are delicious; be sure to sample to mochi.
Multi-award winning snack makers, PROPERCORN, have joined forces with culinary architects, Bompas & Parr, to bring their pursuit of flavour perfection to life, revealing the pop behind their packs. Journeying through the spice shelves, bitters and sweets of the flavour library, all who enter will experience the crescendo of the anechoic popping room, before tumbling their precious popcorn in the kitchen. Each person will sniff, spray and sprinkle their way to their own signature seasoning, before it is pinned to the wall of pop. This flavour experience from the masters of maize, continues in the popcorn museum, housing some of the oldest grains on the planet and concludes with a perfectly shaken popcorn cocktail at the colour bar. The Institute of Flavour pops up on 17th June, open to the public for 2 days. To get hold of tickets or create a flavour visit: www.instituteofflavour.com
Next door to, in my opinion, some of the best Italian available in the capital there would have to be something significantly special at The Ninth on Charlotte Street to tempt me away from my usual haunts. London based chef Jun Tanaka offers a mash up of French and Mediterranean cuisine- which I admit at first, I was a little flummoxed by. However, a great thing happened as I was handed the menu - I didn't know what to order. It wasn't that the menu was overcrowded but rather everything was causing me salivate. After much dithering I settled for rabbit confit lasagne which cannot be faulted, followed by roast quail, perfect in size and taste. The waiters will suggest that these are sharing dishes, which I have to say I struggled with (halving a roast quail is not the most elegant dinner etiquette). I would recommend choosing your own main which is all the better to enjoy the spoil-you-rotten food. My favourite Italian may have to step up its game.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know that The Nice Guy in Los Angeles is THE place to see and be seen. The latest offering from the h.wood Group is the city's answer to London's Chiltern Firehouse and with Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and the Kardashians gracing the haunt night after night, it's easy to see why. But it's not just the plush Mafia-inspired decor, relaxed vibe and celebrity clientele that draws in the crowds, the food is something to write home about, too. The kitchen serves up good, hearty LA grub; think succulent burgers, juicy meatballs, the tastiest truffle fries and sweet apple crumble, which Gigi Hadid loves so much they named it after her. The delicious food is washed down by creative cocktails and the finest whiskies and the waiters really know their stuff. If you want to dine at LA's trendiest eatery, get on the waiting list ASAP and then be sure to get a snap in the in-house photobooth to prove you were there.
The Botanist in Trinity Leeds offers a wondrous concoction of botanical cocktails, craft beers and ales, Champagne and wine. A sublime social spot like not other, you also get live music and gourmet food inspired by European delis, rotisserie and BBQ.
