Cat stopped by a nail salon in West Hollywood as she had some me time after her 14-month-old son Milo struck her with a ukulele.

On Thursday she shared a snap of the small blue stringed instrument next to her right eye which had a bruise right under it.

For her first public outing she kept the injury under wraps in a pair of mirrored aviator shades but took off the eyewear before her manicure.

She was dressed comfortably for the occasion as she wore a long olive green jacket over a black top, patterned knee-length leggings and sandals.

Cat shares her only child with comedian husband Patrick Kielty as they welcomed the child in January 2016.

The actress and singer married the 46-year-old Irish comedian in Rome back in September 2012.

Cat is currently in the midst of filming So You Think You Can Dance in L.A. for the show's 14th season auditions.
