She is a model who has many people's dream bodies, but this star has revealed her own body insecurities and what she plans to do about them.

Ireland Baldwin got very candid about how she feels about herself and her body on Saturday night.

The 21-year-old did not hold back as she explained herself in a lengthy, albeit a little confusing, Instagram post.

The daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin posted a Boomerang video of herself dancing in her underwear.

The model wore a white thong and black bra and videoed herself with her back dancing a mirror.

While she looked great, Ireland confessed to not always feeling great about her body but trying her best to love herself.

The star said she needed to be honest: 'Sometimes I get caught up in the opinions of others and I get really down on myself. I am pale white. I hardly tan. I have cellulite. I'm not petite. I'm around 6 ft.

'I drop weight rather quickly but gain it by eating one bagel. I'm a 36 D cup and I have a booty. I've got inner thigh fat. And outer thigh. And just straight up thigh fat.'

Bikini beauty: Ireland stared in a swimwear shoot last week

The model said recently she has yo-yo'd both in size and with her eating: 'I've gone from a size 00 to a size 6 to a size whatever to not knowing to not eating to eating boxes of pizza to starving myself to being gym obsessed to eating my way out of a sprinkles cupcakes bakery to now.

'I've been cloudy, unfocused and losing energy. I need to reset my mind and body. I now take this harsh world with a grain of salt and accept myself for who I am.'

However, Ireland said she is happy and feels 'mentally ready to work hard'.

'Sure I could work a little bit harder. We all can. Or maybe you need to learn to love yourself before you can do anything.'

With this in mind the star said it was time for herself and for her fans to love themselves and take care of their bodies, which she plans to focus on for the next month with 'a full mind, body and health reset cleanse'.

'It's not juicing, it's not starvation, and it's not about obsessing over each and every inch of my body.

'I'm no fitness and health expert. Lord knows I love deep fried pizza and I shout super size me from the mountaintops, but I do know what I've done in the past to reach my goals and I want to share them with girls who are in my shoes.'

Ireland Baldwin looked like she had a lot of fun at the THR and Jimmy Choo's Power Stylists Dinner in Los Angeles this week.

She arrived earlier in the evening alongside Hailey Baldwin contrasting with her cousin who had one neutrals in an all black ensemble.

Ireland donned Tamara Mellon for the occasion, in the form of this sleek blazer which has more to it than first meets the eye. While from the front this piece looks like a simple suit jacket, once Ireland turns around you can see the butterfly embroidered lace, sheer reverse. It really gives the look wow-factor.
