Carrie Underwood dyes her hair, Miranda Lambert opens a bottle of wine and Kelsea Ballerini relaxes in a robe as stars prepare for ACM awards

The 52nd annual Academy Of Country Music Awards will take place on Sunday evening in Las Vegas.

And several of the nominees have been hitting Instagram this weekend to tell their fans how they are getting ready.

Carrie Underwood said she had her hair colored while Miranda Lambert shared a photo from her van.

Underwood still had wet hair as she scrunched up her face.

'I haven't had my hair colored since November! It was time... @marissadanelle had her work cut out for her! Finished product will be on display this weekend,' she said.

Lambert was seen opening a bottle of wine in a parked van.

Keith Urban leads the nominations with seven nods, including five for his album Ripcord, as well his seventh bid for entertainer of the year and 10th for male vocalist of the year.

Just behind him are Lambert and Morris, who have six nominations each.

and Florida Georgia Line and Tim McGraw with five apiece.

Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley will return to host the show for a second year.

The ACMs, produced for TV by Dick Clark Productions, will air live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 2 (8 p.m. ET) on CBS.
