Paris Jackson is having one busy couple of days. After appearing with Caitlyn Jenner at the GLAAD Awards Saturday, she hung out with friends and celebrated her 19th birthday a day early with her family Sunday afternoon.

That evening, wearing a black and gold cocktail dress from Naeem Khan, the blonde beauty attended the Daily Front Row's Fashion LA Awards at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.

In a move many women dream of, she kicked off her stiletto sandals to accept her award for 'Emerging Talent'.

Bare feet aside, Paris' glowing skin and next-level eyelashes stole the show. Here, make-up artist Vincent Oquendo breaks down how he created the model's winning look.

Vincent began glamming up Paris just as her family birthday celebration was coming to a close. He got to work amidst a sea of green balloons and said he already knew what kind of look he wanted to create.

'Paris loves to keep her look minimal, so really we worked with her natural beauty,' the make-up pro told FEMAIL. 'We love accentuating her amazing blue eyes, so her lashes were the main focal point of the night's look.'

Vincent, who regularly works with stars like Hailey Baldwin and Ashley Graham, always starts by prepping his client's skin before applying any make-up.

On Paris, he used a Decleor face mask, Neroli oil and Dr. Barbara Sturm Hyaluronic Serum.

'This made her skin glow and was prepped and ready for a base of foundation,' he explained.

While a $300 serum and face mask may not work for your everyday routine, Vincent still recommends skincare before make-up.

'This means exfoliating your skin and using a great moisturizer to maintain a glowy look,' he said.

Once Paris' skin was ready, Vincent got started on her complexion.

'I used EX1 Cosmetics' Delete Concealer in 2.0 under the eyes and used Invisiwear Foundation in shades 2.0 and 4.0 as a beautiful base for her minimalist look tonight.

'To set the foundation, I used EX1’s Compact Powders in shade 2.0 and 4.0, using the 2.0 to set under her eyes and 4.0 to bronze her cheek bones. I always use a lighter foundation and powder under the eye area to draw attention to the eyes.'

That wasn't Vincent's only trick for drawing attention to the King of Pop's daughter's peepers, though. The artist applied major false eyelashes that were shorter toward the ends and longer in the center for a doe-eyed effect.

He finished off the look with a swipe of hydrating, pink-y mauve lipstick.

Start to finish, the whole look took only 35 minutes to do - a good thing considering Paris' jam-packed schedule!
