The actress, 37, displayed her enviably slender figure in a vibrant pink bikini, layered beneath a chic green kimono, as she relaxed in the tropical paradise with her family.

The Fool's Gold star proved her chic style does not falter in swimwear as she took the beach in a vibrant two-piece and chic palm print cover-up.

Layering a soft green kimono atop her bikini, which she casually tied up at her waist, the blonde beauty teased at her toned stomach and tiny waist underneath as she headed to the beach.

Plunging into a low triangle neckline, the magenta top gave a saucy flash of her delicate cleavage by securing into single strings across the chest.

Keeping effortlessly cool from head to toe, Kate accessorised with a simple pair of metallic flip-flops and trendy rounded shades.

Carrying just her iPhone in hand, the blonde appeared utterly relaxed as she enjoyed the getaway with her two sons - Ryder, 13, from her marriage to Chris Robinson, and five-year-old Bingham, who she shares with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.

Kate was no doubt enjoying the blazing sunshine on the island, having jetted there from a rainy New York City.

The blonde had been promoting her fitness apparel brand Fabletics in the Big Apple, following the collection's extension into plus sizes.

Kate had appeared on Good Morning America during her trip to discuss her fashion venture and confessed it has become a 'big priority' in her life.

She admitted: 'I work on acting a lot, but Fabletics has become a huge part of my life.

Kate, who is the daughter of actress Goldie Hawn, also touched on her the acting career that made her famous - and admitted she wouldn't rule out joining forces with her famous mother to star in a film together.

When quizzed if they will ever appear alongside each other on the big screen, Kate said: 'Yeah I would, but it's not something we think about that often.

'It would be fun, but it would have to be the right thing... if [the perfect script came along], if it happens, it happens.'
