Mama June Shannon treated herself to a boob job after losing 300lbs last year thanks to $75,000 worth of weight loss surgery and a change in lifestyle.

And on Tuesday the 37-year-old From Not To Hot star showed off her new chest as she went bra-free in a thin purple shirt as she headed into Good Morning America in NYC with daughter Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson.

During her sit down, the Georgia native said that staying trim is no easy feat as she is 'working every day' to make the right choices.

June revealed on Friday's episode of From Not To Hot that she had her boobs done.

But her teen daughter Pumpkin had already spilled the news in February.

When talking to Entertainment Tonight, the star said June already had her chest altered.

'She got her boobies done. She got them from a 44 long to 36 up,' said the star.

Pumpkin also told ET that Mama likes her new body so much, she flaunts it whenever she can.

'I'm not trying to be all R-rated or whatever, but, she'll walk around the house in a pair of underwear!' she said. 'I'm like, "June, put your pants on, put your pants on!"'

Her struggles: When stopping by GMA, which aired on Wednesday, Mama talked about her new world. 'You have to work almost every day, it's hard,' she said. 'I do eat'

The little one: When asked if junk food is in the house, Boo Boo interrupted to say: 'Every once in a while she will bring in something unhealthy but it's mostly healthy'

She always wanted to be slim: June continued: 'I never saw myself as a big person even when I was a size 28'

And mentally it has been hard for Mama, says Pumpkin.

'I think that her biggest thing [she has to] overcome is that fact that she still thinks of herself as a bigger person, because, even to this day, like, a couple of days ago we had a conversation, and ... she looked in the mirror and was like, "I'm still fat,"' she said.

'And I guess because she's seen herself as a bigger person all these years, she doesn't realize how small she is.'

When stopping by GMA, which aired on Wednesday, Mama talked about her new world.

June continued: 'I never saw myself as a big person even when I was a size 28.'

She also said that despite what her daughter Anna claimed, she did not do From Not To Hot for the fame. She did it because she really wanted to get healthy.

June added she had to pay for her own surgery and that the weight loss 'was going to happen whether there were cameras there or not.'

As far as her daughter Anna, 22, June said they are still estranged.

Mama added she gets along with Anna when she's giving her money. 'I'm not trying to be funny, it's a true situation. If I'm giving her money or what she wants we're good. If I'm not it's not good.' Anna has been married to Michael Cardwell for three years and they have two children.

And when asked about her TLC show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo being canceled in 2014 because she was linked to a sex offender who had molester her daughter, Shannon said: 'It's like beating a dead horse, it kills me it keeps being brought up.'
