Spring in her step! Ivanka smiles as she steps out in a $5,000 white lace ensemble, the morning after Jared returned home from the Middle East

  • Ivanka Trump, 35, was spotted stepping out of her Washington, D.C. home on Wednesday morning
  • On Tuesday, her husband Jared Kushner, 36, arrived home from a diplomatic trip to the Middle East
  • Ivanka wore an Oscar de la Renta top worth $2,070 and a skirt that costs $2,890, also by the designer
  • She accessorized with a clutch from her own label and a pair of nude shoes
  • Later in the day, Ivanka attended a press conference with husband Jared
  • The businesswoman-turned-presidential advisor recently hired celebrity stylist, Cat Williams, to help her revamp her wardrobe

Ivanka Trump embraced the thawing temperatures in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday morning by stepping out in a particularly springy ensemble.

The 35-year-old paired a white lace skirt with a matching high-collared blouse, painted an especially feminine picture for photographers outside her home.

And while the mother-of-three is forgoing a paycheck for her new official role in the White House, she certainly doesn't seem to be hurting for cash, as her Oscar de la Renta skirt cost a whopping $2,890, and her top — from the same high-end label — is priced at $2,070.

Look ethereal in a lovely lace blouse by Oscar de la Renta

Ivanka Trump is a fan of affordable brands like ASOS and Zara. But she favors luxury labels as well, including Carolina Herrera and Altuzarra.

Another go-to designer that the First Daughter can’t get enough of? Oscar de la Renta. She stepped out of her posh Washington, DC pad wearing a Victorian inspired blouse and matching embroidered pencil skirt by the esteemed brand.

We adore the intricate lace yoke on Ivanka’s blouse as well as the sheer sleeves that give off a romantic yet whimsical vibe.

However you choose to wear it, this lovely little number is available at Farfetch so if you’ve got the cash to spare, click right to buy it now. Then get Ivanka’s skirt in the edit below for $2890 at Marissa Collections.

And if you don’t have Trump cash flow, scroll through the carousel to get the look for less from Alice McCall, Joie and more.

Though she splashed out big on the clothes, Ivanka accessorized the outfit with a budget find: a blush clutch for her own collection, which she has recently started incorporating into her wardrobe again.

She had been avoiding wearing her own brand since January, when she stepped down from heading up the company.

Now she appears to be peppering it back in again, though she is by no means a walking billboard for the brand as she used to be. In fact, as indicated by her $5,000 outfit today, her style has been much more costly since her father took office.

In addition to Oscar de la Renta, she's been seen wearing pieces by Altazurra, Carolina Herrera, and Roland Mouret, among other expensive, high-fashion brands.

She also had her hair and make-up professionally done for the day, with her personal glam squad seen leaving her home in the morning. The two-person team was seen wheeling away cases of tools and products.

In March, the Hollywood Reporter reported that Ivanka had hired Australian stylist Cat Williams — who formerly worked under Micaela Erlanger, the fashionable name behind Meryl Streep, Michelle Dockeray, and Naomie Harris, among other A-list clients. In fact, Erlanger has even styled Ivanka herself, including for the Met Gala last year.

Williams, who was not among the glam team seen leaving Ivanka's house this morning, also has experience working for Vogue Australia, Harper's Bazaar Australia, and Cleo Magazine.

Ivanka appeared to be in a good mood as she made her way out for the day, offering a coy smile to the camera the day after her husband, 36-year-old Jared Kushner, got back from his trip the Middle East.

The senior adviser to the president traveled to Iraq with Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and met with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.

Neither he nor Ivanka are earning paychecks for their advisory roles in the White House, as keeping with anti-nepotism laws.

While they aren't getting money for their jobs, though, some Americans have still taken issue with their big roles.

Others have pointed out that Ivanka's own expressed political opinions seem to be greatly at odds with her father's, and have questioned why she had publicly supported him.

Careless whisper: 'If being complicit is wanting to, is wanting to be a force for good and to make a positive impact then I’m complicit,' Ivanka told King (above with her father in January)

In an interview with Gayle King on 'CBS This Morning' on Wednesday, King asked Ivanka what she thought of those who call her 'complicit' in what her father's White House is doing.

'If being complicit is wanting to, is wanting to be a force for good and to make a positive impact then I'm complicit,' she said.

According to Merriam-Webster, 'complicit' means 'helping to commit a crime or do wrong in some way'.
