This is the stunning nanny Mel B has claimed in court papers her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte got pregnant before she sacked her.
The former Spice Girl says Belafonte had sex with German Lorraine Gilles during the seven years she looked after her three children.
She alleges Belafonte ordered Lorraine to have an abortion and paid her $300,000 for 'nanny services' during her employment.
Mel, 41, who is divorcing her husband of ten years, said Belafonte 'went ballistic' when she finally plucked up the courage to sack her in 2015.
She said: '(He) would degrade me in front of her by comparing me to Lorraine, telling me how much younger and better looking she was.
'I later discovered that (he) was having sex with Lorraine and was paying her inordinate amounts of money. Over the course of some three years, I recently learned that (he) paid Lorraine in excess of $300,000 for alleged nanny services.
'Beautiful': German former exchange student Lorraine Gilles was employed by Mel B and her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte for around seven years
Nanny: The former Spice Girl claims Lorraine, 26, pictured, had a sexual relationship with Belafonte, 41, during her time under their employment
Abortion: She says Lorraine was forced to have an abortion by Belafonte after he impregnated her in 2014. The star alleges the couple paid Lorraine $300,000 for nanny services
Row: Lorraine, pictured with Mel's husband Stephen Belafonte, is the nanny identified in court papers submitted by the former Spice Girl as she divorces him
Claims: The singer alleges her husband Belafonte repeatedly beat her in jealous rages, forced her to have sex in threesomes that he secretly filmed and threatened to release the tapes
Family: Mel, far right, who has a five-year-old daughter Madison with Belafonte, far left, says at her lowest ebb she overdosed on aspirin in 2014 that forced her to miss X Factor rehearsals. She accused him of sleeping with nanny Lorraine, centre in 2015, in court papers
She went on: (He) immediately began setting Lorraine up as my rival. She answered to, and reported to (him).
The singer told of her 'shock' and 'disbelief' when Belafonte told her 26-year-old Lorraine was pregnant with his child in 2014.
'(He) told me he wanted her to have the baby and all three of us live together. I was shocked and in disbelief.
'(He) later demanded that Lorraine had an abortion. Respondent used money earned by me to pay for Lorraine's abortion, and he used money earned by me to pay for Lorraine's hotel stay while she recuperated from the procedure.'
She said Belafonte, 41, 'went ballistic' when she finally found the courage to sack her in January 2015.
She added: 'When I did, (Belafonte) went ballistic. He screamed and yelled at me for some three straight hours.
'He told me that Lorraine raised our children far better than I ever could. He told me that she was his 'ride or die b****' and the only woman in his life that completely had his back.
Rival: The star claims Belafonte set Lorraine up as her rival. She answered to him and reported to him, she alleges. She claims Belafonte went ballistic when she sacked Lorraine in 2015
Shock: The star told of her initial 'shock and disbelief' when her husband allegedly told her Lorraine, pictured, was pregnant and that he wanted all three of them to live with the baby
Anger: But Lorraine's sister Jacquelyn Baartz hit back last night to insist that the former exchange student was not sexually involved with Belafonte and was never pregnant by him
Denial: Lorraine, in the background with Mel and her daughters, had only positive experiences, claims her sister Jacquelyn. She said: 'My sister and I are very, very close and I would have known about this, believe me. I don't know where this is coming from. She had nothing but positive experiences.'
Court papers: Mel said Belafonte's abusive conduct escalated after he hired Lorraine, court papers, pictured, show
Allegations: In the documents, pictured, the star claims her husband would degrade her in front of Lorraine and tell her how much younger and better looking she was
Pregnant: She added that in late April or early May 2014 Belafonte and 'the nanny' told her that she was pregnant. She said she was 'shocked' and 'in disbelief'
'(He) stated to me, 'No matter what she will always be in my life. How dare you fire her'. When he finally calmed down he told me to shut up and listen - instructing and demanding that I call Lorraine, apologise profusely, beg her to come back, re-hire her, and give her a raise.
'He then threatened, 'You do realise that Lorraine could be a witness against you and give a story to the press and tell child services. Your career will be ruined'. This was just another threat in a long line of threats made by (him).
Mel said she agreed to reinstate Lorraine, adding: 'Despite wanting to leave the marriage and obtain my independence, the old fears reemerged and I conceded to (his) demands. I rehired Lorraine and fell back into the same old pattern.
'This time however, (he) treated Lorraine as if she was his wife and I was second rate. His demeaning comments towards me made in Lorraine's presence became worse. Lorraine felt empowered by this and became manipulative and demanding of me, knowing that I could not fire her
She said the final straw came in July 2016 when Belafonte demanded they go on a family holiday to Ibiza with Lorraine. She said she was 'mortified' because she wanted to go away with her husband and their children for a quiet break.
She added that Belafonte spent the holiday 'name calling, screaming, yelling, demeaning conduct' in the presence of Lorraine.
After the holiday Mel said Lorraine laughed when she terminated her employment for the second time and gave her six weeks' notice until September 2016.
Lorraine married businessman Michael Bleau in August, two weeks before the end of her employment. Mel says she later discovered Belafonte paid Mr Bleau's company 'Events Locker' $60,000 without her knowledge.
Lorraine's sister hit back last night to insist that the former exchange student was not sexually involved with Hollywood producer Belafonte and was never pregnant by him.
Speaking from her home in Nordkirchen, Germany, Jacquelyn Baartz, said: 'My sister and I are very, very close and I would have known about this, believe me.
'I don't know where this is coming from. She worked for the family for seven years and had nothing but positive experiences.
'She really loved those kids as if they were her own, so she stayed on much longer than she originally planned to.'
Jacquelyn, who runs a horse riding academy with her husband Christopher, added she was shocked to hear of 'this side of Mel and Belafonte's relationship', claiming: 'It was not one that was displayed to us.
'I am sure my sister would have told me if there had been fights like have been alleged. But she never did.
Abuse allegations: Mel, pictured on X Factor with injuries allegedly inflicted by her husband, claims that she was frightened to leave him because he threatened to release sex tapes of her
Happier times: Mel claims Belafonte, pictured with her and two of her children, 'placed both of his hands around her neck, began choking her and slammed her down onto the hardwood floors' while she was preparing for US talent show Dancing With The Stars

'Happy birthday my lovely': Mel wishes the nanny Lorraine a happy birthday in a photo on Instagram. Mel described the former exchange student as 'quite beautiful' in court papers
'She is married now and trying to get on with her life. I don't believe she ever got paid anything like the amount of money that the court papers say.'
Lorraine 'fell into' nannying when she moved to Los Angeles in 2007, her sister said.
Lorraine even signed up to the Harri 'Happiness in Hospitality' website to look for part-time work in the Woodland Hills area of LA.
Her profile, in which she described herself as 'kind, professional and dedicated', is believed to be how Mel and her husband hired her as their nanny.
Jacquelyn added: 'It wasn't something she wanted to make a career out of but they were kind to her.
'My mum and I went over there a couple of years ago and we saw how well they all interacted.'
Mel, who filed for divorce from the producer last month, has applied for a restraining order against her estranged husband and is seeking custody of their daughter, Madison Brown Belafonte, five.
Court papers see Mel claim she was subject to racist slurs, as well as emotional and physical violence in front of her children.
Mel states in the documents: 'I am in fear for my safety and that of my children... Likewise the Respondent's emotional and physical abuse of Petitioner in the presence of the minor child is tantamount to abuse of the minor child.'

Moving on: Lorraine's sister added: 'She is married now and trying to get on with her life. I don't believe she ever got paid anything like the amount of money that the court papers say.'
She continues: 'I have tried to leave the Respondent many times. Every time I tried, the Respondent threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every way.
'He said he would destroy my career and take my kids from me. He threatened to release sexually explicit videotapes claiming I would never again work in the entertainment industry.'
The catalogue of historical allegations of abuse include Belafonte 'punching' and 'choking' Mel, 'splitting her lip' and 'pushing her down on a carpet'.
Mel, who filed for divorce from the producer last month, alleges the psychological and physical abuse dates back to the first year of their marriage, in 2007.
In the papers, Mel claims that Stephen forced her to 'participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women.'
The former Spice Girl suggests that during their marriage, she was coerced into trysts that he secretly record and later used as ammunition against her, threatening to release as sex tapes 'if she tried to resist the threesomes'.
Stephen Belafonte's response
'I haven't heard these allegations. You know what my comment on this is, as this is the mother of my children?
'I'm really really distraught my brain how this is going to affect our children. and the depths that she's gone to. That's it. I'm shocked at those allegations and that's what it is.
'I think someone's set me up to look like a bad guy. Obviously you saw my house got raided and nobody found anything. It's accusation after accusation. But we'll have our day in court.
'And we have children. if anyone knows our children, we have beautiful children. They're on social media. Why do this?
'We were friends two weeks ago. And now all of a sudden the team gets around and now it's got to be this.'
Mel says she begged him to delete the tapes.
Belafonte is also alleged to have shown his wife little sympathy as her beloved father Martin lost his battle with cancer and hid her passport so she couldn't travel.
The film producer allegedly told her to 'Suck it up. If he's going to die, he's going to die.'
Recalling his alleged violent behaviour, Mel recalled a time Belafonte was involved in a bar brawl in 2010 when he beat up two men
In another incident, the papers allege: 'Stephen placed both of his hands around her neck, began choking her and slammed her down onto the hardwood floors' while she was preparing for U.S. talent show Dancing With The Stars.
It is claimed that although some friends and family members had asked Mel about her injuries and offered to call the police on her behalf, she begged them not to as she feared for her own life and theirs if Belafonte were to find out.
In the documents, Mel alleges that the abuse became part of a 'pattern'. When she became successful, Stephen 'would beat me down to let me know he was in charge.'
Bar brawl: In 2010 Mel said her husband was involved in a pub brawl, pictured, where he was pictured topless in the apparent altercation where he was accused of beating up two men
Fracas: The pictures reportedly show the fight that took place when the two men wanted to speak to Mel. Belafonte apparently became enraged that they wanted to talk to 'his' wife. One of the men was bloodied in the alleged attack
She also alleges Belafonte 'punched her and split her lip' after becoming jealous while she filmed a segment with Usher for the X Factor back in 2012.
After asking her husband how she could appear on television with the obvious injury, Belafonte allegedly told her 'she should have thought of that before deciding to flirt with and f*** Usher.'
It has now emerged that a concerned Simon Cowell attempted to help the star escape her marriage in 2014.
The mogul was horrified by Stephen's alleged control over Mel's finances - leaving her without access to her own cash during the X Factor finale in 2014 - and tried to intervene with legal advice and offering a hotel room to stay.
A source told the newspaper: 'Although no one was sure what was going on, Simon and the team at Syco really became concerned at The X Factor finale in 2014.
MEL'S CASE AGAINST STEPHEN
Threatened to release sex tapes if she did not not take part in threesomes
Stephen reportedly 'paid the couple's nanny $300,000' of Mel's money to get an abortion, after impregnating her and suggesting the trio live and raise the baby together
Kept Mel 'locked in her bedroom' unable to call emergency services after she took an overdose in 2014
- 'Choked' her and 'slammed' her down on hardwood floors before Dancing With The Stars appearance
- 'Split her lip' in a jealous rage after she danced with Usher at The X Factor in 2012
- 'Punched' and 'pushed' her to the floor causing severe burns before Olympics Closing Ceremony in 2012
- Left 'cuts' and 'bruises' on the Spice Girl before the X Factor UK 2014 live shows, leading to her hospitalisation
'In the days afterwards, following her release from hospital, they tried to help her leave Belafonte. They introduced her to divorce lawyers to help her to go through with it.'
A Syco spokesperson said: 'Melanie is hugely admired and respected by everyone at Syco and on both the X Factor and America's Got Talent.
'We have always supported her whenever she has requested and we will continue to do so.'
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Mel and Simon Cowell for comment.
Furthermore, Belafonte 'punched' Mel and 'pushed her down on a carpet' the day before she and the Spice Girls performed at the Olympic closing ceremony.
Mel claims her injuries were so severe her skin was burned from the carpet, adding that she was then forced by her estranged husband to 'tweet that she injured herself by running in heels.'
So 'overcome with emotional and physical exhaustion,' an embattled Mel reveals she overdosed on a bottle of Aspirin back in 2014.
Disturbingly, Belafonte allegedly stopped her from calling the emergency services, with Mel stating he locked her in the bedroom and told her to 'die b***h.'
Mel says she previously tried to leave Belafonte several times, but claims 'he threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way... destroy my career and take my kids from me.'
However the singer claims Belafonte was supportive and 'rushed to help her in every way' in the months following their marriage.
But she admits to being 'emotionally weak' as her engagement and subsequent wedding took place shortly after the birth of second daughter Angel, conceived during a brief relationship with Hollywood star Eddie Murphy.
'At the time, I was vulnerable. I was giving birth as a single mother, my self-esteem was very low, and my hormones were out of balance due to the pregnancy,' she claims.
She says: 'Respondent's name is Stephen Stansbury, but he often goes by the alias Stephen Belafonte. At the time of our marriage, I was unaware that 'Belafonte' was not Respondent's legal surname, nor was I aware that he was previously married.
Mel B made explosive claims about her 10-year marriage to Belafonte, pictured in a 2001 mugshot, in court files after applying for a temporary restraining order
'Throughout the marriage, I was the primary income earner. Respondent held neither steady nor gainful employment.
'Respondent has held himself out to be the son of singer Harry Belafonte, when in reality, he is not related.'
The singer also alleges that Belafonte repeatedly told her she was 'worthless, that he made me 'who I am.'
She says he called her 'fat, ugly and old' and constantly alluded to the nanny being prettier, younger and better at raising the children.
TMZ claim the singer lowered the asking price on their family home, two weeks after putting it on the market for $8.995 million.
The Hollywood Hills home was reportedly put up for sale March 22, however the price was dropped to $7.995 million shortly after her separation from Belafonte was confirmed.
Meanwhile, days after his home was searched for firearms, Mel's court filing suggests he does keep a gun at home despite being prohibited from carrying a firearm due to a prior domestic violence conviction.
TMZ reports: 'Federal prosecutors are looking at evidence that was seized at Stephen's home to determine if he should be prosecuted on federal weapons charges.
Law enforcement told the site: 'ATF agents did not find a gun, but they did find an empty shell casing and a bullet that was out of the casing. Neither item in itself is a projectile, so it does not constitute 'ammunition.''
Therefore, the case is being reviewed for possible prosecution and if he IS charged and convicted for illegal possession of a firearm, he could be imprisoned for up to ten years.'
