Since her Geordie Shore debut last month, she has been primped and preened to perfection.

But Abbie Holborn came under the firing line for her look on Tuesday night's episode - from the hit MTV party hard series veteran himself, Gaz Beadle.

'How didn't I notice that at the time Abbie's face is a COMPLETELY different colour to the rest of her body,' the hunk, 29 publicly humiliated the newbie, 19, as he also uploaded a snap of her very unfortunate make-up mishap.

Abbie, who is pictured partying the night away at a club, sported a layer of foundation that was a few shades too light for her skin-tone - and also forgot to blend it into her neck.

A deep coat of red lipstick and a heavy layer of false lashes, as well as the rest of bronzed skin, did little to help her out with the overall look.

Continuing to rinse her for the mishap, Gaz fired out another tweet: 'What the actual f***. I'am done... I quit,' - alongside a plethora of crying with laughter emojis.

Luckily Abbie saw the funny side of the mishap - tweeting Gaz, who is currently in Sydney with girlfriend Emma McVey: 'It was a bad time in me life man.'

He told the Sun: 'I was with the right girls at the wrong time. I’ve made mistakes, like cheating, but I’m trying not to do that again. My current girlfriend Emma is great.

He confessed, contrary to his laddish persona, he is something of a wallflower when it comes to 'tashing on'.

'You wouldn’t think it, but I am quite shy. I can have sex on camera on Geordie Shore because that’s just me with one person in a room, but put me in front of 50 people with a microphone and I would freeze.'
