And Kate Hudson's dedication has paid off as the actress flaunted her rock hard bikini body while vacationing in Hawaii.

The 37-year-old soaked in the sun in a multi-colored bikini that she hiked high up on her hips to display her amazing figure.

The mother-of-two cooled off as she splashed around in the water, throwing and catching balls while showing off her athletic form.

She seemed to be having a great time, laughing and smiling, while both lounging on the dock and jumping off to spend some time in the warm Pacific waters.

Wearing her wet hair down , she slicked it back to keep out of her face while she enjoyed the water.

The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star opted for round, retro sunglasses that she kept on in the water, despite diving under the water as she splashed around.

Kate was no doubt enjoying the downtime on the island, having jetted there from a rainy New York City with her two sons.

Ryder, 13, is from her marriage to Chris Robinson, and five-year-old Bingham, who she shares with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.

The blonde had been promoting her fitness apparel brand Fabletics in the Big Apple, following the collection's extension into plus sizes.

Kate had appeared on Good Morning America during her trip to discuss her fashion venture and confessed it has become a 'big priority' in her life.

She admitted: 'I work on acting a lot, but Fabletics has become a huge part of my life.

'The success has been amazing. We're launching extended sizes and it's something we're really excited about. We wanted to bring a fashion perspective to athletic wear... and that's what we're doing.'

Kate, who is the daughter of actress Goldie Hawn, also touched on her the acting career that made her famous - and admitted she wouldn't rule out joining forces with her famous mother to star in a film together.
