Michael Caine and wife Shakira make a handsome couple as Morgan Freeman slips his compression glove back on to dine out with the duo in Mayfair

They've been busy promoting their new joint film venture, Going In Style.

Yet actors Micheal Caine, 84, and Morgan Freeman, 79, were hanging out after-hours on Wednesday night, seen dining at Scott's Restaurant in Mayfair as friends.

Michael's wife Shakira, 70, was on his arm, while Morgan led the party revealing that his compression glove was firmly back on, following the London screening that day.

Morgan's glove is used to keep blood flowing in his paralysed left hand, though he had noticeably left it at home for the screening of Going In Style that afternoon.

The actor has been left with severe nerve damage after a car crash in 2008 that saw his vehicle flip multiple times on a Mississippi highway

Morgan previously admitted to being in near constant pain from fibromyalgia, chronic widespread pain that steams from his broken shoulder.

Shortly after the injury, he said that his hand would swell up if he did not move it regularly and has rarely been seen without his glove since then.

So when Morgan enjoyed an evening with his filmstar friend in the British capital on Wednesday, he was noticeably easing his injury with the glove back on.

He looked sharp in a purple jumper, with a blazer over the top, the same has he had worn that afternoon.

Similarly, Michael was still dressed in a light blue suit and a dark shirt, suggesting that the trio had come straight from the screening to grab food.

Perfectly-coiffed Shakira was radiant, standing out at night in a white jacket and matching blouse.

Her faithful husband clung to her elbow as he followed her out of the popular Mayfair eatery, where they shared food with Morgan.

Going In Style reunites the two male actors on screen in what is thought to be their sixth collaboration.

Having previously worked together on Batman films in 2005, 2008 and 2013, the pair also shared the screen in magician film Now You See Me and its sequel.

Their latest offering is crime meets comedy with the message, 'You're never too old to get even'.

Directed by Scrubs' Zach Braff, the film follows Willie (Freeman) and Joe (Caine) who 'risk it all' to get revenge on a bank that absconded with their money.
