Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns has been spotted enjoying a drink alone on a Tuesday afternoon at pub in Bondi.

The 37-year-old was pictured stopping in at The Eastern Hotel at around 3pm to quench his thirst with a vodka beverage before heading outside to a park bench to roll a cigarette.

The sighting comes after he was seen staggering through Sydney's Eastern suburbs shirtless in December following a bender that went for days.

During his outing on Tuesday, the Newcastle-born star showed off a new look, sporting slicked-back blonde locks as well as dark facial hair.

The former rock star attempted to go incognito during his outing, donning slouchy black trousers with a long blazer as well as dark sunglasses.

He was seen constantly checking his phone while taking sips from his drink, as he sat inside the establishment.

Outside, the Straight Lines hitmaker sat on his own as he proceeded to roll a cigarette.

The tattooed star was later seen making a phone call as he paced along the sidewalk.

The rare sighting comes months after his bizarre episode on the streets of Double Bay.

Accompanied by friend Joshua Mullane, the former ARIA winner was spotted in December looking worse for wear.

Daniel was shirtless with makeup smeared all across his face when the infamous pics were taken.

The musician was strolling to Pink Salt from Mrs Sippy with his pal when he collapsed in front of stunned onlookers in broad daylight.

Partying for days: Last month, a friend of Daniel claimed that the rock star had been partying for days prior to the photos being taken

Last month, The Daily Telegraph reported that the rocker had been partying for days in the lead up to the photos being taken.

'He had already been going for a little while when he arrived. He showed up really loose. I wasn't expecting to see him,' claimed Anthony Lister, who too was part of the wild celebrations that week.

'I thought I should have ran with the "I am haggard and I've been up for four days look" too.'

Quitting social media? In January, Daniel took to Instagram to share a series of selfies while promising to quit social media due to 'mean' comments

Anthony, a professional street artist, was the host for one of the parties Daniel attended.

However, he admitted to not being able to keep up with the ARIA winner or Joshua, as the pair left his place and kicked on in Darlinghurst before the photos were taken.

'I was impressed with his whole rock ’n’ roll feel. He is living the part of an old-school rocker,' Anthony claimed.
