The 27-year-old actress donned a distressed denim jacket that she teamed with faded blue skinny jeans.
The Nashville star opted for layers with a striped wide collar hoodie and white T-shirt under her jacket.

Hayden stars as bubblegum country pop singer Juliette Barnes in the musical drama Nashville that aired its season five mid-season finale in March.
Nashville ran for four seasons on ABC before it was cancelled in May 2016.
CMT, or Country Music Television, picked up the series for a 22-episode fifth season.
