Ashlee Simpson is used to having her hands full with two children under the age of 10.

But on a rare break from mommy duty, Ashlee proved she's able to juggle it all as she made her way out of the gym on Friday afternoon. She was seen holding a water bottle, an energy drink, her keys, her iPhone and her sports bra.

But the star seemed to leave her comb at home as her hair was very messy.

The 32-year-old singer and actress was seen wearing a colorful tie-dyed Adidas sweatshirt.

She was workout-ready in black leggings and athletic sneakers.

Her purse was large but apparently full, as she seemed to carry all of her belongings by hand.

It's rumored that the L.O.V.E. singer is hitting the gym extra hard as she prepares her first album in eight years.

In December 2016, she told Us Weekly that she and husband Evan Ross, 28, were collaborating on new music.

'We’re working on an album together. So in the new year, that will be happening! It’s been really fun to work together,' she said.

Ashlee's first album Autobiography sold more than five million copies.

She had her own MTV reality show The Ashlee Simpson Show which came off of the success of her sister Jessica's reality show with then-husband Nick Lachey Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica.

In 2004, she suffered an embarrassing lip-syncing snafu on Saturday Night Live that followed her throughout her singing career.

Her next album, 2005's I Am Me was less of a success than her debut album but still managed two hit singles, Boyfriend and L.O.V.E.

The third album in Ashlee's discography received mixed reviews. She became pregnant with her ex, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz and had a son named Bronx, who is now eight years old.

Ashlee married Diana Ross' actor son Evan Ross on August 30, 2014. They have a 20-month-old daughter Jagger Snow.
