It looked like Jennifer Garner had some extra pep in her step Saturday.

The Hollywood beauty sported a cheery smile while picking up refreshments with a friend at Verve Coffee in West Hollywood.

The actress didn't seem to have a care in the world, while estranged husband Ben Affleck was across town playing soccer dad with their daughter Seraphina.

Jennifer's look was cool and collected, as she sported a plaid button up and distressed denim while out and about.

The modern mom was chic as can be, teaming classic blue jeans and plaid together for an effortlessly stylish ensemble.

The 44-year-old's light blue shirt was unbuttoned just enough to lend a feminine edge to the simple look while a chained necklace drew glittered.

Jennifer topped off the look with cat-eyed shades and a pair of fresh white sneakers while her pal kept classic in black athleisure gear.
