And despite rebranding herself as a nutritionist in recent months, it seems Abi Clarke is still a fan of going under the knife to lose weight rather than watching what she eats.

The ex-TOWIE personality was spotted arriving at London Stansted Airport on Thursday afternoon, after having a full body liposuction and a bottom lift in Izmir, Turkey.

The 25-year-old was seen walking through the airport, heading to a waiting car, supported by a man picking her up from her flight.

She cut a low key figure in joggers and a sweatshirt accompanied by sunglasses and a baseball cap, and opted for a figure-hugging ensemble, perhaps in order to show off the liposuction.

She trotted gingerly to the car, holding on to her companion (who also wheeled along her suitcase) likely still delicate after the all-over procedure.

She wore her chestnut locks loosely flowing around her shoulders and appeared to sport a light dusting of natural make-up.

Around the waist of her all-over navy outfit, Abi showcased a strip of cream material, possibly a belt or the top of under-leggings, which were presumably required to protect her body after the drastic procedure.

She kept the top half of her outfit - which had the word SWEAT blazoned across it - tucked into the top of this garment, accentuating her waist.

Her feet - which looked a little swollen - were protected by a pair of black flip-flops.

She told Closer magazine: 'It was horrible to hear and really hard to take criticism about your looks - it's hurtful.'

The former TV personality insisted she didn't realise her chest looked 'bigger than normal' or 'gappy', and doesn't understand why everyone attacked her for it.

However, she has always driven home that she doesn't regret her decision to have breast implants, taking her chest from a 32A cup to a 32D in 2012.

And this is clearly reflected in the decision to partake in further Turkish surgery this past week.
