She has been hitting the promo trail hard for her new TV mini-series, Guerrilla.

And Freida Pinto was pretty in pink for the Los Angeles premiere of the Showtime drama on Thursday.

The 32-year-old actress looked stylish in an elegant double breasted jacket, which she wore with nothing underneath.

A statement gold drop necklace filled out her neckline and draped into her decolletage.

She kept up the gold theme with strappy metallic sandals - and a bright splash of colour was featured on her pedicure.

The Mumbai-born beauty had her long dark glossy mane in a centre parting.

Her make-up highlighted her pretty features, and was completed by a raspberry lip hue.

Guerrilla is about a couple of activists in 1970's London, who set out to free a political prisoner and bring about a revolution.

She has garnered excellent reviews for the role.

'Pinto is exceptional in the role. The actress carries a certain gravitas into her role as Jas Mitra, and as a result she’s both hard to read but strangely familiar by the time the real fireworks start ' says Variety.

The series also stars Idris Elba.

Freida first soared to fame when she starred in Slumdog Millionaire in 2007 opposite then-boyfriend Dev Patel, after which her career continued to soar.
