Lisa Riley was left emotional after gifting children at a Leeds hospital with some Easter goodies.
Friday's episode of Loose Women saw the actress, 40, dressing up as an Easter bunny while delivering a range of presents to the young patients - with some unable to accept chocolate eggs due to their medication.
The former Emmerdale star also took time to converse with a few families about their heartbreaking situations - with one mum nearly breaking down in tears as she thanked hospital staff as a 'godsend' for looking after her little boy Rio.

Good dead for the holidays: Friday's episode of Loose Women saw the actress, 40, dressing up as Easter bunny to deliver the gifts
After surprising patients by whipping off her headgear excitedly, the daytime talk show panellist looked increasingly upset as she chatted to the parents at the hospital.
She also ensured to comfort one woman whose voice seemed to shake as she spoke of her hospital bound young son.
Lisa ensured she was well equipped with treats for the youngsters as she gave one sweet little girl Anna a crown as she said she wanted to be a princess.
Other children got an iPod, Xbox games and cash.
Clearly touched by her visit, Lisa expressed: 'I feel blessed to have come here.'

Lisa is doing better than ever after shedding a whopping 10st in weight - taking her from a size 30 to a newly-svelte size 14 frame.
She credits a strict 400 calorie a day diet with helping her to lose the weight, but she also underwent surgery to remove her excess skin five weeks ago.
Lisa spoke to Loose Women earlier this month about her sheer terror at the thought of gaining the weight she so successfully lost atop having over a stone in skin removed.
She said: 'One stone, one pound in loose skin removed. I just keep stroking myself. I'm as firm as anything. I'm 12 and a bit stone now. I'm still getting used to it myself.

Touched by her visit: Lisa expressed: 'I feel blessed to have come here'
'It's five weeks today, I was on the operating table. I feel incredible and I woke up thank God. I've gone on this journey and every day there's something new.
'I had to deal with because there is a sense of vanity its elective surgery but in my head I did not have cosmetic surgery, I had corrective surgery... Everything was moving and jigging around. I would go to my Zumba class and it was painful'.
The weight loss miracle added that she cannot get enough of staring at her new physique in the mirror.
She said: 'I have to remember to close the curtains I'm constantly walking around naked and looking in the mirror. I can't believe it's me.'
