She's one of Australia's hottest names in modelling, with no qualms about sharing her life online.

Now Shanina Shaik has shared a throwback photo with her 894k Instagram followers from last year's Coachella festival.

As the festival is about to roll around for its 18th year, the 26-year-old model is counting down the days until the iconic party weekend.

The photo showed Shanina with her back to the camera as she wore a light brown fluffy jacket and faded denim mini-shorts.

She teamed the look with brown lace-up boots and had her dark brown hair half pulled back into a high bun while the rest fell over her shoulders.

She posed as she made peace signs with her hands while her wrists were covered in wristbands from the festival.

The throwback pic comes just days after Shanina shared a photo with her followers of her latest tattoo.

She showed off the new inking, the text eleven, a tribute to her lucky number which is placed on the inside of her right lower forearm.

'ELEVEN so significant in my life! My birth date, my fathers, cousins & my angel number, 11:11 make a wish,' Shanina captioned the image.

The snap saw Shanina standing next to a brick wall, covering her slender frame in an oversized black frock and knee-high boots.

Shanina pulled up the sleeve of her ensemble to debut her first inking, the text for the number eleven, on the inside of her right lower forearm.

While doing so, the Melbourne-born beauty also drew attention to her stunning engagement ring, gifted by DJ Ruckus, real name Gregory Andrews.

Shanina became engaged to Ruckus, during a romantic getaway in The Bahamas, in early 2016.
