The British-Indian actor, 26, looked every inch the hunk as he rocked double denim while ensuring all focus on the sartorially savvy 22-year-old up and coming actress.

Injecting an element of kookiness to the look, the circus performer showed off her patterned socks as she indulged in the Lion star's company.

Dev takes on the leading role in the film based on the 2009 documentary Surviving Mumbai about the 2008 terror attacks at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel.

'A lot of my motivation has come from her, from being with her and knowing her.'
