North Korea hits back at Trump ahead of Day of the Sun

North Korea upped its warmongering with Donald Trump today in a series of menacing boasts threatening to 'ravage' US troops amid fears the two countries are heading for war. The secretive state led by despot Kim Jong-un (pictured left, overseeing a military exercise this week) vowed to 'pulverize' US bases and South Korean capital Seoul if it was threatened by the US military, which is carrying out drills on the Korean peninsula (right). China has warned the region could go to war 'at any moment'.

A 23-year-old British woman has died after she was stabbed with a kitchen knife (inset) in Jerusalem on Good Friday. She is believed to be a student who was visiting as a tourist. Police say they have arrested (right) a 57-year-old Palestinian man who is 'mentally unstable' after onlookers wrestled him to the ground. Two other people, a pregnant woman in her early 30s and a man in his early 50s were also injured during the attack. The stabbing happened near the Old City (left), where thousands had gathered for Good Friday commemorations.

Spain's El Caminito del Rey Path reopens

The world's most dangerous footpath is set to reopen for the tourist season with tickets on sale from next week. One of Spain's most popular tourist attractions, El Caminito del Rey Path, slices through the Gaitanes Gorge providing thrillseekers with dramatic views 330ft above Gualdalhorce river. The walkway was revamped and re-opened in 2015 after five people plunged to their deaths between 1999 and 2000.
