She stars alongside Oprah Winfrey in the upcoming HBO film The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.

And in an interview with ET this week, Rose Byrne revealed she had words with the media mogul on-set.

The 37-year-old Bridesmaids star told the famed talk show host to 'shut the f**k up.'

Rose Byrne has been busy promoting her latest TV project, The Immortal Life of of Henrietta Lacks and she's doing it in style.

She was spotted outside CBS studios wearing a prairie inspired multi-patterned frock by Coach and during another press event, she donned this floral print stunner by Rosie Assoulin.

The strapless number featured tiers of ruffled fabric and a colorful yet subtle efflorescent design. Rose teamed it with a pair of purple pointy toe pumps and a box clutch to complete the look.

Rose was required to yell obscenities at Oprah's character in the telemovie.

'It was intense! It was a long day, but we wanted to do a good job and we were g-ed up to do it,' the actress told Entertainment Tonight.

The film, based on the book of the same name, details the life of Henrietta Lacks.

Henrietta's cervical cancer cells were immortalised into the HeLa cell line, which became crucial to medical research.

Renée Elise Goldsberry takes on the title role, while Rose plays Rebecca Skloot, author of the #1 New York Times bestseller on which the HBO film is based.

Oprah, who has helped executive produce, also stars in the drama as Henrietta's daughter Deborah Lacks.
