Rupert Murdoch made the announcement that O'Reilly was ousted on Wednesday in a letter signed by himself and sons James and Lachlan, who reportedly urged him to fire O'Reilly. Fox News announced that Tucker Carlson will move to 8pm, 'The Five' will move to 9pm and Sean Hannity will stay in his 10pm slot. Perquita Burgess (inset) was one woman who detailed the alleged harassment she endured while working as a temp at Fox News - where she claims O'Reilly called her 'hot chocolate.'

Hernandez 'killed friend to keep his sexuality secret'

Former football star Aaron Hernandez (left) may have killed Odin Lloyd (right) in order to keep secret the fact that he was bisexual. Investigators are now examining whether Hernandez, who hanged himself in his jail cell before dawn on Wednesday in Shirley, Massachusetts, was taunted by Lloyd just before he killed him. In April 2015, Hernandez was convicted for shooting and killing Lloyd, a semi-professional football player, on June 17, 2013. Lloyd may have known that Hernandez was carrying on an affair with a male friend. At the time of his death, Lloyd, 27, was dating Shaneah Jenkins, the sister of Aaron Hernandez's fiancee. Never-seen-before pictures of reclusive Prince

Just one year ago today, the world lost one of the biggest icons ever to grace a stage. Purple Rain megastar, Prince, died suddenly on April 21, 2016, from an accidental drug overdose at the age of 57. Now, never-before-seen photos have been released to mark the one-year anniversary of his tragic death. The intimate pictures give a rare insight into his everyday life at his private Paisley Park estate. Prince's stunning snaps are featured in a new book written by his art director, Steve Parke, titled, Picturing Prince: An Intimate Portrait. The book spans four decades of the legendary music icon's career. Some of the photos show Prince sitting barefoot in the grass, meditating (inset), posing outside of his home and enjoying a walk in the sun. Parke, a Baltimore-based photographer began working with Prince in 1988 and served as the singer's art director until 2001.

They became engaged in October 2012, while she was pregnant, and she took his last name following his murder conviction three years later. DailyMail.com has learned from a well-placed source that Hernandez was planning his suicide for weeks.

Scores of men were filmed pulling at either side of the rope and moments later the elephant's hind legs, which had sunk deep into the mud, emerged into the open, a day after getting submerged in the earth. The clip then jumps to the moments the beast's hind legs became completely freed from the mud and rangers push the elephant from behind to help it stand up once again.

The cheeky feline starts the video, which appears to have taken place in a veterinary surgery, with the lead loosely draped around its neck. However the cat, who is slipping from a table for most of the clip, produces a slick head movement to push the leash's knot from its neck. Despite the impressive manouvre the top of the lead falls onto one of the cat's paws thus keeping it in the leash's grasp.
