And given a solid seven days to recover, Australian electronic wunderkinds Empire Of The Sun had fans 'Walking On A Dream' all over again for weekend two of the Californian mega-festival.
Dressed in the same silky-black futuristic full-length outfits from last weekend, Friday was all about the blinding neon stage lights and eerie robot backup dancers.

Hitting the stage at around 10pm, the penultimate performers to grace the Sahara stage set the bar mighty high for the second week in a row.
The Australian duo of Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore emerged to a stage setup that included glowing pyramids of piercing white light and a six-pronged silver statue front-and-centre containing a cocoon-like white orb in the middle.
Not to be outdone by a simple centre-piece, Perth-born Luke, 37, sported a headdress that contained it's own thick, black prongs, gleaming like a chandelier in the sun.

Later, he set-down the ornate head-wear to expose an equally futuristic haircut that blended a quiff style on top with buzz-cut sides and a longer clipped-mullet-style back.
His full-length collared coat and painted-on white glasses interestingly represents a refined outfit composition for the band, who usually layer colour after colour into their outfits.
The musician was later snapped shredding on a cobalt blue electric guitar as a sea of smoke coalesced with pink and yellow light behind him.
Later, he clutched a microphone in each hand during an action shot that captured him sliding across stage as a string of hot-pink spotlights bathe him in a powerful glow.
