Delta is the latest airline to come under fire after video emerged of a passenger being told he had to get off a plane because he used the bathroom during a tarmac delay. Kima Hamilton, a 39-year-old 'DJ and poet' was due to travel on Delta Airlines Flight 2035 from Atlanta to Milwaukee on April 18. During a delay of about 30 minutes, according to passengers aboard, the DJ got up to use the bathroom. After he did, the captain announced the plane would be delayed further until Hamilton was removed. Two different officials (left and right) were then seen on video telling him he needed to get off. Ultimately, the plane went back to the gate and everyone had to disembark, before the plane took off later - without Hamilton aboard.
