David Bowie unleashed: New exhibition unveils rare and never-before-seen photos of Life On Mars singer taken in 2002
He's the music legend that died suddenly in 2016.
And while the world continues to mourn the tragic loss of David Bowie, a range of rare and never before seen images of the renowned singer have surfaced.
24 images of the Life On Mars singer will be available to view during a exhibition in Sydney this month.

The photos of David were taken by acclaimed photographer Markus Klinko, who has also shot the likes of Beyonce, Kanye West and Lady Gaga.
The striking images show the Heroes singer in a ranger of theatrical and fantastical poses.
In one photo David clutches at the leash of a vicious wolf, while another image shows the singer leading a more docile wolf.

An intense close up shows the singer looking pensively to the sky as he smokes a cigarette.
Arresting black and white photos show David donning a tweed suit as he kneels on the ground and supernaturally bares the whites of his eyes.
The photos were taken when Markus shot David for his 2002 album cover Heathen and for GQ’s Men of the Year issue that same year.

Markus also photographed David's wife Iman for her 2001 book I Am Iman.
In January last year the Ziggy Stargdust singer died aged 69 after an 18 month private battle with liver cancer.
Two days earlier David released his final album, titled Blackstar, on his birthday, his 27th record since his career began in 1967.
The David Bowie Unseen exhibition by Markus Klinko will be held at Blender Gallery, Sydney, from May 5 to June 3.
