The 31-year-old model spoke to a group of beauty editors last night, and after being showered with compliments, pointed to her lips, nose and forehead saying 'Fake, fake, fake.' Chrissy made the revelation while being showered with compliments for her lovely cheeks, which have often prompted people to ask if she'd had implants put in. While that part of her face is natural, the model candidly spoke about getting several other procedures done - including getting liposuction on her armpits about nine years ago. 'I had my armpit sucked out,' she said in reply to someone who asked what was the craziest treatment she had ever received. ...read

Putting on make-up can be a real chore - particularly when it comes to blending in your foundation so it looks just right. But thanks to the Palm Brush by Artis ($65), base application has just become one of our favorite activities. Designed to fit perfectly in the palm of your hand - get the name now? - the shape allows for increased control and ease of use, while the super-soft, densely-packed 'CosmeFibre' brush hairs ensure any product blends into your skin like a dream. In fact, the brush is oh-so-soft we may have taken to spending a good ten minutes at the time applying our foundation, just to prolong the feeling of the brush on our face. Weird? Perhaps. Necessary? Absolutely. Available in two different metallic finishes - mirror and smoke - this brush is a must-have for any beauty junkies out there wanting to add a little bit of an artistic touch to their make-up routine.
Finding the perfect wardrobe staples can often feel like an impossible challenge. From ensuring the right fit and style, to finding well-made pieces that won't fall apart after two washes, there are all manner of obstacles to overcome in the search for those ideal items. Enter R|Label, the newly-launched collection from designer Maria Peevey, who wanted to create a clothing brand borne out of 'common sense'. 'We decided to create a line of easy, timeless, go to pieces that give you the ultimate wear-anywhere wardrobe,' Maria says of the line, which contains a whole host of beautifully-cut pieces any fashionista would be thrilled to have in her wardrobe. Our particular favorites include the Silk Trench ($185), the Perfect Moto ($185), the Saturday Pant ($125), and the Silk Tunic ($125). Honestly though, we're probably going to end up taking one of everything...
Spring is here - and so too is some (slightly) warmer weather, prompting us to make a move away from the dark, heavy outfits we loved most during the winter time in favor of some skin-baring, pastel-colored ensembles. And thankfully, just as we were getting ready to update the contents of our closet, Guess released a brilliant new collaboration with rapper A$AP Rocky. The collection, which includes both menswear and womenswear pieces, is full to the brim of lust-worthy items. From swimwear and baseball caps to cropped tees and jeans, there is no shortage of sartorial excellence to satisfy even the most discerning of fashion fans. Our favorites pieces include the Ringer Crop Top ($39) and the Button Down Denim Skirt ($89). Wear them together, or mix and match with items you already own - but do yourself a favor and snap 'em up quick!
Finding the perfect pair of heels can be an absolute nightmare. From the fit, to the feel, to the look of the heel itself, there are so many factors that can turn a seemingly-superb shoe into a horror show. Thankfully, we have managed to track down a heel that ticks all of the boxes as far as fit, feel and heel are concerned. Enter the Natalia Mesh Pointed-Toe Floral Pumps, by Thalia Sodi at Macy's. Available in a variety of shades - black, blush pink, floral print, to name but a few - this design has everything that a gal could want in a heel, from a chic look (HELLO mesh) to a comfortable fit (a treat for the feet ladies). Plus, they're wonderfully budget-friendly at just $59.50 per pair. Just one of the reasons we're planning to add every color to our closet this summer...
Spring is here, and summer is just around the corner, meaning we can at last get our legs out without fear of freezing half to death. And what better way to celebrate than with a seriously fierce new pair of shorts? Top of our limb-baring list are these incredible velour sports shorts ($110) from Heroine Sport at Bandier. Comfortable enough to get you through even the toughest of workouts, yet stylish enough to rock while out and about with friends, this fashionable fitness piece is going to be one of our go-to's all summer long. As with all good things, however, these bad boys won't hang around for long and are already selling like hotcakes. So if you, like us, can't imagine your summer wardrobe without a pair, click to buy ASAP.
Picking a purse that is perfect in every way might seem like an impossible challenge. Much like Goldilocks and her porridge, they are often too big or too small - never just right. But, thanks to British brand Yuzefi and its range of beautifully-made handbags, perfection is no longer out of reach. Described as being 'big enough for your essentials' but 'small enough for when you want to have some fun', the collection of colored leather bags will have even the fussiest of fashionistas. Our favorite is the Delila (£465), a stunning boxy bag that will help to add a seriously stylish touch to any ensemble this spring. But make sure you snap one up quick - the sell-out success of the bags means they aren't around for long once they become available.
For the fourth year in a row, Guess is partnering with Peace Over Violence to help the organization in its mission to end sexual, domestic, and interpersonal violence. On Wednesday, April 26th, the brand is hosting its annual Denim Day, a national campaign that sees Guess encouraging men and women everywhere to wear denim in the hopes of raising awareness about sexual violence, while helping anyone who has been the victim of domestic abuse. In honor of Denim Day 2017, Guess will a live concert at the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, with performances by the likes of Aloe Blacc and Maya Jupiter. But anyone not lucky enough to live in sun-soaked Santa Monica can still get involved in this worthwhile cause by picking their favorite denim designs (we love this Guess jacket in particular) and wearing them with pride on the 26th, to take a stand against sexual violence.
Finding the perfect piece of art for your home can often seem like an impossible task - and picking the ideal frame for your chosen piece can be all the more complicated. Thankfully, online framing company Framebridge is here to offer a simple - and aesthetically-pleasing - solution to all of your art-based woes. The company has teamed up with CB2 to curate a collection of 43 art prints from five different US artists, offering a wide variety of unique pieces for your home, that will all come complete with a custom Framebridge frame. Mix and match, pick a particular artist or choose just one piece that speaks to you above all, but know that your wall will be a better place because of it!
As festival season kicks off this weekend with the start of Coachella, we suddenly have an urge to fill our wardrobes with flower crowns, crystal necklaces and a whole heap of glittery accessories. And first up on our sparkly wishlist is none other than this adorable purse from J.Crew's Crewcuts line. Sure, it may *technically* be aimed at younger girls, but we think it can also serve as the ideal bag for any adult women hoping to inject a bit of fun into their ensemble - without sacrificing style and quality. Plus it has everything you could ever need in a festival accessory! Safe zipper? Check. Flower crown action? Check. Glitter? CHECK. Now all we need is a ticket...
Inject some passion into your fashion with this meaningful - and oh-so stylish - tee from Everlane's 100% Human collection. And not only will the shirt help you to make a statement, it will also help you to make a real difference; $5 from the sale of every product in the collection is donated to Equality Now, an international human rights organization dedicated to action for the civil, political, economic and social rights of girls and women.
With wedding season in full swing, women everywhere are being called upon by their nearest and dearest brides-to-be to serve as bridesmaids. And while walking down the aisle alongside your BFF is no doubt one of the best experiences a gal can have, it's not without its responsibilities. Namely, making sure that the blushing bride has the best possible day, completely free from any catastrophes. Thankfully, Icing by Claire's has stepped in to save the day with this Bridesmaids Essential Emergency Kit ($19.99), a handy pouch that contains a whole host of quick-fixes that will help to cover any calamities that may arise during the bride's special day. From safety pins to stain remover wipes, it's packing a pretty impressive array of save-the-day items. And that's not all - the brand has just launched a special Bridal Bar complete with every accessory a bridal party might need to make the big day as fun and fuss-free as possible.
The stylish concept of underwear as outerwear takes on a whole new meaning when it comes to this saucy number by DKNY Intimates. The $58 lace bodysuit - which comes in black, red, and white - can be worn in a variety of ways, adding a cheeky peek of lace when secreted away under an otherwise demure ensemble, or creating a rather more risque look when worn as the main attraction, with jeans or trousers. Either way, it's sure to find a much-loved place in the wardrobe of every woman this summer (maybe even in all three shades...!).
Forget fancy over-the-top heels that leave you in agony after just five minutes of walking - and ditch those clumpy flats that might feel all kinds of comfy but look downright dowdy, because Everlane has just created the *perfect* everyday shoes that tick both the fashion AND function boxes with total ease. Aptly-named The Day Heel ($145), the brand describes the leather design as: 'A heel you can walk in. All. Damn. Day. This ballet-inspired silhouette is designed with a rounded toe, a walkable 2-inch block heel, and an elasticized back for extra comfort.' In other words, they're the dream as far as fashionable, functional heels are concerned. The only issue? They're selling like hotcakes, with every pair of our favorite red shade snapped up within mere hours of launching online - so best grab yourself a pair now, while you still can...!
Whether you're jetting off on a private jet, or simply whisking yourself away on a road trip with some friends, add a bit of first class luxury and into your travels this summer courtesy of this pretty-in-pink collaboration between New York-based brand Away (which was founded by two friends who wanted to design affordable - yet chic and reliable - luggage) and Pop & Suki, the fashionable brainchild of supermodel Suki Waterhouse and her TV host BFF Poppy Jamie. Available in a variety of sizes, from the most compact of carry-ons to the heftiest of check-in bags ($225-$295), it's safe to say this perfectly-pink luggage is the only travel companion you'll need this summer.
With summer just around the corner, it's time to kick off those high heels and give your feet a sweet treat in the form of some incredibly comfortable slip-on flats courtesy of Allbirds. Founded in San Francisco, the brand focuses on functional, yet fashionable, shoes that are made out of Merino wool and designed to offer your feet the very best levels of comfort. Having experienced phenomenal success with the launch of its first design - a lace-up sneaker aptly named the Wool Runner - Allbirds is now back with a second offering, a more laid-back slip-on known as the Wool Lounger. Available in a variety of Spring-friendly shades, from green to grey to yellow, this shoe ($95) is sure to be the only thing you'll want on your feet during the warm summer months. Get 'em while they're hot!
While the weather is slowly getting warmer, and we begin to abandon our scarves, hats, gloves and sweaters, that doesn't stop us from wanting to fill our wardrobes with a fun bit of fluff every now and then. Thankfully, fabulous fur-focused genius Charlotte Simone has come up with a cute and creative way to fill our fuzz quota throughout the warmer months in the form of this adorable pom pom purse (£300). Fashionable and functional - it's big enough to fit all of the essentials, from your phone to your lipstick to your Oyster card - it has very quickly found its way onto our must-have list for the spring/summer season.
If you thought you'd seen everything there was to offer as far as fun phone cases were concerned, think again. Because thanks to New York-based brand Wild and Woolly, smartphone cases just got a very chic - and oh-so-cozy - update. The wonderfully woolly accessories are the brain child of the company's founder, Nina Cheng, who decided to put a very playful spin on the fun-filled phone case trend with a bit of fluff when she grew tired of dropping, and inevitably breaking, her own phone a few too many times. The high-end cases (which start at $310) are available in a variety of fun colors and textures sure to suit even the most discerning of iPhone users.

'You're dead to me': White Arkansas father calls his teen daughter a 'f***in wh***' for taking her 'subhuman' black friend to prom in vitriolic racist rant that has shocked America
Anna Hayes, a high school senior from Lake Village, Arkansas attended prom last week with a male friend, Phillip Freeman - who happens to be black. When her father - whom she does not live with - saw the photos, he was livid, and sent her a long tirade of racist, sexist text messages telling Anna that he was disowning her and calling both her and her date heartbreakingly offensive names. 'We are done,' he texted her. 'I won't be coming to your graduation. Nor will I pay for your college. Go live with the n*****s. Don't ever contact me again we are through. Go ahead be a F***IN wh*** leave me out of it. Your pictures are already off my walls. You can go to hell. What the f*** is wrong with you? ... You want to mingle with Subhumans I'll treat you accordingly. [sic]'

If you are looking for a typical curry then Vineet Bhatia London is not for you. However, if you are after an extraordinary adventure into Indian cuisine then I suggest you book immediately. Set in the heart of Chelsea this intimate restaurant offers an 11 course aptly named Experience Menu. From the moment you arrive you feel as though this is no ordinary A La Carte dinner from having to ring a doorbell to enter to being treated to a personal sommelier, eating at VBL is certainly out of the ordinary. And the food, my gosh! This restaurant has every right to crow about their dishes and slap a hefty price tag on top. Look out for the Raan Uttapam and the Glazed Pork Chop as you make your way through a meal that will have you binning every takeaway menu as soon as you get home and you might need a taxi to do so, youll find youll be scraping your plates.

Being spoiled for choice often has bad connotations when it comes to fine dining with overloaded pub menu always regarded as a big no-no. However, Picture in Marylebone really know how to spoil a gal. Their six course menu changes from season to season but yet the premise remains the same food you will want to wolf down in small enough portions to leave you wanting more. Not to be sniffed at is the A La Carte menu where diners are recommended to choose three dishes not forgetting of course to start with the mouth-watering beef bites. What Picture can truly be applauded for is its positively charming members of staff whose welcome will be hard to compete with in the borough of Westminster. Visit this restaurant and you will notice table upon table of returning diners eat at this restaurant and you will discover why.

Indian food hasn't quite managed to corner the lunch market yet, but Talli Joe believe they've cracked it with their new dabba menu - a three tier lunch box of home prepared, authentic cuisine. Each box comes with a half plate of a meat, fish or vegetarian dish, a side and a carb for a balanced meal. The Mangalore fish curry was rich and bursting with flavour, without being too heavy for lunchtime and the sides of south Indian pickle and coconut rice were the perfect complement. If youre feeling especially hungry, go for the laal maas, or lamb curry that comes with a flaky, deep fried pastry stuffed with peas and it will definitely keep you going until dinner. Served in pretty, colourful lunch boxes a lunchtime trip to Talli Joe, where the dabba menu changes daily, is certainly a lot more appealing than a tired sandwich!

If you're new to the world of fine dining, then Michelin-starred Kitchen W8 in Kensington is a good place to dip your toe. As soon as you walk in the door, you know you've entered somewhere special and my friend and I were at first conscious we hadn't dressed up for the occasion. But the staff couldn't be more welcoming and soon we felt as comfortable as if we were in a gastopub. The food itself is some of the prettiest I have ever seen. Scallop ceviche was dotted with delicious blobs (for want of a better word) of fennel and apple. My main, the chicken, was poached to perfection and ever so tender. But it was my friend's mouthwatering lamb that made both of us want to lick the plate clean. With a fresh-tasting, seasonal menu at surprisingly affordable prices, Kitchen W8 focuses on subtlety and cleverness than punchy and bold flavours. An excellent introduction to the world of posh grub.

There are a plethora of outlets where you can order fast food at a touch of a button and within 30 minutes, it's on your doorstep. But the options for ultra-convenience healthy food are thinner on the ground. Step forward Vita Mojo, a service which can deliver a healthy office lunch right to your desk. But it's up to you how healthy that meal can be, as it is completely customisable. You can swap and add as many extra ingredients as you want. Fancy a paleo lunch? You can have one. Want minimum carbs? There are plenty of options. There are set lunches if you're feeling lazy, two of which I tried, but the tastiest meal I had was inevitably the one I made myself as it was a box of my favourite things: flavoursome turkey meatballs, creamy sweet potato mash and crunchy red cabbage. Catered to fitness freaks and time-pressed City slickers, Vita Mojo helps to keep you eating healthily no matter how busy you get.

Blakes presents a dazzling menu and if youre a fan of seafood get ready to salivate. All of the Italian-inspired dishes are unfussy but done well. The meaty portion of octopus for starter is a must-try and the king crab salad is another winning ensemble. When it comes to side dishes at Blakes, the truffle mushrooms will get your taste buds tingling. On the atmosphere front, the place is buzzing with a sense of decadence in the air. Head to the basement bar for post-dinner jazz and DJ dancing.

Covent Garden's Vico is the perfect place for a bustling group dinner or a date night with a difference. The Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded to the lively restaurant last year is a well-deserved accolade, and the reasonably priced wine list is a welcome bonus. Menu must-tries include the pancetta-wrapped chicken liver, Burrata salad and prosciutto pizza with a deliciously light and crispy base. A treat from the authentic gelato bar on-site is the perfect way to round off your meal or - if you're feeling adventurous - opt for a cocktail from their eclectic list. But be warned, they're not for the faint of heart!

You're probably sick of chocolate now Easter is over. But one offering you simply must leave room for is the Green & Blacks Chocolate Afternoon Tea at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Marylebone. Expect the unexpected from this decadent treat, as theres chocolate in EVERY dish. From a delightfully succulent mini burger slider with chocolate BBQ sauce to a venison pate delicately balanced with a raspberry coulee. Theres chocolate and pistachio scones, gold-dusted discs of Green & Blacks signature bars along with an indulgent selection of pastries. Accompanying the ChocolaTEA is a signature gin-based cocktail topped with chocolate flakes and delicately balanced orange, cocoa and cinnamon-infused tea. Delicious.
NATALIE CORNER
If you're headed to the O2 Arena or find yourself per chance in North Greenwich, check out Craft. Boasting 360 degree views of the Thames-side area, this restaurant oozes retro-cool. The menu offers a concise selection of salivating treats, from lamb belly to chunky red mullet. There is an emphasis on locally-sourced produced, with seasonal ingredients used in all dishes. The cocktails are also a must, with a fine whisky selection to boot. Craft is a project by British chef Stevie Parle with famed interior designer Tom Dixon. Along with the restaurant there is a café, cocktail bar and shop.

'Who is this mysterious Janice?' I wondered as my friend and I sat down for a very early bottomless brunch at Ask for Janice, in Farringdon, London. The restaurant has just started boozy brunches on a Saturday, where you pay £35 for three plates each and unlimited cocktails. For most, 10.30am may be too early to start hitting the booze - but not for us. The Buck's Fizz was light on the alcohol and high on juice, which to be honest is just as well for that early in the morning. And the Salty Dog - a mix of gin and grapefruit juice - was a perfect hangover cure. Onto breakfast: everything on the menu is a high end spin on traditional brunch classics. I recommend the smoky baked beans on toast (nothing like Heinz) and the moreish bubble and squeak rosti with a creamy hollandaise enriched with HP sauce. The portions are plentiful and you'll leave stuffed and ever so slightly tipsy. But I'm still not sure who Janice is.

In times of political turmoil, society tends to look backwards, rather than to the future. The London bar scene has cottoned on to the fact we're all yearning for the past because as soon as you step into Bobby Fitzpatrick, which has just opened in West Hampstead, you're swept off your feet to the 1970s, complete with shag pile carpet and dodgy wallpaper. Cushy armchairs that wouldn't look out of place in your nan's front room adorn the downstairs bar. It's just on the right side of seedy. On press night, the place is thriving. I feel like I've travelled back in time to one of the coolest parties in town. The cocktails are all sugary sweet, but I enjoy the slushy pina colada. The food circulating the room leaves the serving plates quickly but the few morsels I manage to grab - a garlic mushroom and a chicken nugget - are crispy, deep fried and tender. Escape the world outside by descending into the 70s with Bobby.

To gamble is, by definition, to take a risk - but there's one spot that's risk free at Leicester Square's Hippodrome Casino and that's its restaurant: Heliot Steak House. Though some may be put off by the idea of dining in a place where sexy dancers perform downstairs and people lose thousands, the restaurant is set away from the noise and bright lights of the casino floor, while still affording you a view of the action below. As for the food, it comes close to faultless. Smoked salmon came in a cloche filled with smoke, the haggis (for we dined on Burns Night) was peppery, meaty and an excellent introduction to the traditional dish, and the steak was up there with the best I have eaten in London. Mains start at £11, steaks at £14.
