The tattooed reality star showed off his trim frame and bulging biceps in a loose-fitting vest as he strolled to his friend's car.

The couple, who share four-month-old son Caben-Albi, are trying to rebuild a relationship following his rehab stint, with the latest convoluted reports stating Stephanie had quit drink for her beau.

Jeremy and Stephanie's romance has been fraught with woes since the start when they met in the Celebrity Big Brother house in January last year.

After he was arrested on suspicion of assault earlier this year, he sought help and went to rehab leading to their reunion - yet things appear to be back on the rocks.

Jeremy's outing came shortly after Stephanie vowed to quit drinking after posting a worryingly incoherent tweet about cheating.

On Wednesday night, it appeared all was not well between the pair, as she Tweeted: 'Someone who gives you and doesn’t answer, don’t I. There beat a cheat n always n in.'

But the post was reportedly deleted 20 minutes later, but Jeremy blocked the star following what was reportedly a huge drunken bust up on holiday.

The Irish hunk's rep insists Jeremy is tee-total after his rehab stint - and that he left the hotel he shared with Steph after her outburst.

The spokesperson explains: 'To imply that Jeremy was drinking three days after leaving rehab is a malicious lie. Jeremy removed himself from the situation last night and checked into a hotel.'

The morning after, an obviously regretful Stephanie has revealed she is quitting drinking for the sake of her family and relationship, saying: 'I destroy lives.'

She writes: 'I can’t drink because it ruins my life. I keep things in. I destroy people’s lives. Me and Jeremy can’t drink. And won’t be drinking again.

'It’s been hard for me to admit and accept. I’m a good mother and a good person, but alcohol doesn’t agree with my life. It’s a chemical imbalance.'

Stephanie revealed in an interview with Closer magazine, that she and Jeremy would like to try for baby number two, following his recent stint in rehab.
