Dubbed 'VVIP' because of its heightened exclusivity, it's officially the world's largest luxury private jet - and went on display at London's Stansted Airport, this week, to mark the launch of bespoke travel packages by Deer Jet.

Old-school New York: Stunning black-and-white photographs show the gritty reality of daily life in 1940s Manhattan
It is, of course, one of the most iconic cities in the world. From the Chrysler Building's Art Deco aesthetic to the Statue of Liberty's colossal neoclassical beauty, New York needs absolutely no introduction. But, for all its familiarity, the emergence of rarely-seen photographs from 1940s America make the Big Apple appear strangely alien - even to the most seasoned traveler. The main image shows Times Square in 1941, bottom left is an amazing picture of workmen on the Hotel Ansonia in 1942 and bottom right is a Victory Parade in 1946.

A spokesperson for the organisation told MailOnline Travel that many of these creatures have an extremely high risk of going extinct any time soon. For instance, it's estimated that there are now only 60 Javan rhinos left in the wild, while a similar number of Amur leopards are thought to exist.
