Let your body go with the flow! Madonna poses nude on Instagram and shares topless throwback photo of herself with a gleaming grill

Madonna, who once released a coffee table book called Sex in which she frequently appeared nude, posted a couple of topless photos to Instagram Saturday.

One was a re-post of a photo she'd uploaded last September in which she showed off a gleaming gold grill over her top teeth and a tangle of necklaces.

Another photo depicted the now entirely naked 58-year-old's astonishingly chiseled body, from just below the bust down to her upper thigh.

Photographed from the side, the Material Girl arced the leg closest to the camera upward, ensuring she could avoid breaching Instagram's nudity guidelines.

Sex, published in 1992, was scattered with celebrity guest appearances from such names as Naomi Campbell, Vanilla Ice, Isabella Rossellini and Big Daddy Kane.

A profusion of different sex acts were depicted, and the volume was chockablock with photos from the iconic New York-based Steven Meisel Studio.

The book, which featured text written by Madge herself, shot to number one on the New York Times bestseller list - though, reportedly, not everyone in it was a fan.

According to Digital Spy, Vanilla Ice, who's nine years Madonna's junior, told News Of The World he'd ended a dalliance with the pop icon over the release of the book.

'Going out with Madonna was exciting. She was older than me and a great lover. She's still the oldest person I've ever been with, so it was an experience,' said he.

He's maintained that 'I broke up with her after she printed that book because I was hurt to be an unwitting part of this s****y package. It was disgusting and cheap.'

The rapper born Robert Van Winkle apparently insisted to News Of The World that 'We were in a relationship yet it looked like she was screwing all these other people.'

He recalled in 2011 to the red top newspaper, which went defunct that year: 'I thought she was taking pictures and running round naked because she was like that. Then when the book came out I was so embarrassed and ashamed. It was a porno.'

Vanilla Ice felt that 'She threw me in like I was a product off a shelf and I didn't appreciate it,' and he's said to News Of The World: 'That was it and I ended it. She said she didn't have sex with these men but it looked like she was.'

Madonna had made a splash at the Met Gala in Manhattan when she swung by this past Monday, having donned an eye-popping camouflage Moschino gown.

Complete with black leather gloves and a hip flask Madge occasionally swigged from, the ensemble clearly had a massive impact on Sarah Paulson, who stared agog as Madonna posed alongside Moschino's creative director Jeremy Scott.

Madonna's posted an Instagram photo of Sarah standing agape behind her and written: 'Hahaahhahahhaahahha,' in the caption, adding: 'Love you Sarah!'

Stand out in a camo print dress like Madonna

Madonna looks a bit like a Project Runway challenge where Jeremy Scott had 30 minutes to construct a dress using only materials found from a Coleman's camping store.

That's one way to turn heads at the Met Gala. Instead of looking at this literally, Fashion Finder has decifered Madonna's Moschino message: be an army of one!

Camo print is certainly a chic look but perhaps done in a different way.

We recreate the star’s look at a fraction of the price and in a much more street style friendly way. Ditch the standard florals this summer and try something cooler – go for camo!

The Metropolitan Museum Of Art plays host to an annual celebrity-strewn fête -spearheaded by Anna Wintour - to drum up funds for the Costume Institute there.

The Met Gala also launches the spring exhibition, which this year celebrates designer and Comme Des Garçons founder Rei Kawakubo, per Vogue.

The last time the Met Gala celebrated an exhibition that revolved about a single living designer's work was in 1983, the designer being Yves Saint Laurent.
