And Justin Bieber showed off his extensive tattoo collection once again as he was spotted getting close to a mystery brunette during a break from his world tour in Dubai.

The 23-year-old singer looked to be in very high spirits as he chatted away to the bikini-clad beauty while enjoying a drink at a beach-side bar.

Showing off his super-cool style, the Love Yourself hitmaker opted for a pair of patterned trunks as he soaked up the rays with his female companion.

He finished off the look with a pair of dark shades, opting for a pair of trainer socks on his feet despite the searing heat.

The Canadian heartthrob later shared snaps of himself on the beach with his 85.9million Instagram followers, as well as one of himself taking a dip as another bikini-clad beauty watched on.

His appearance with the mystery brunette comes after Hailee Steinfeld denied that they were dating, following romance rumours.

The actress, 20, insisted that they had been friends for years, describing the claims as 'crazy'.

When asked if she was dating Justin, Hailee told SiriusXM: 'No I am not. I know it's crazy, I don't know why people make such a big deal.

'We're friends, we've been friends for years and yeah.'

Meanwhile Justin set his fans into a frenzy by posting a shirtless photo of his inked chest earlier in the day.

He received more than 1.3 million likes on Instagram just four hours after he posted the moody black-and-white shot.

Justin looked away from the camera as rested his right hand on his leg, displaying some of his intricate inkings. 

The Canadian singer's most recent tattoo was of a lion on the left hand side of his chest. 

The design was unveiled on Instagram on March 29, a week after he revealed he had a bald eagle and a bear also tattooed on his chest.

When the singer posted the picture, he was inundated with adoring comments from his fans. 

Some called him, 'my husband', while one person declared he was 'the most beautiful man in the world. 

The post came before Justin was spotted at a pool party at Zero Gravity beach club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

He was snapped talking to guests and drinking from a cup in the pool in shots posted on a fan account on Twitter.

Justin is currently in the United Arab Emirates on his Purpose World Tour and will perform at the Autism Rocks Arena on Saturday night.

The singer will visit South Africa before arriving in the UK at the end of June, where he is set to play at the British Summer Time festival in London's Hyde Park.  

His world tour, which started in March 2016, will finish in Tokyo on September 24.

The singer shot to fame in 2008, when he was just 14, and reached number two in the UK charts with 2010 hit Baby.

His album My World 2.0 was certified triple platinum in the U.S., where it reached number one in the charts. 

The star achieved commercial success on his next two albums, Believe and Purpose, which were certified double and quadruple platinum respectively.
