Conrad Hilton has been arrested for allegedly trying to break into his ex-girlfriend's mother's house.

The 23-year-old was reportedly caught near the Hollywood Hills Home at 4am on Saturday morning, according to TMZ.

By doing so, he would have violated a restraining order his ex Hunter Daily Salomon - daughter of actress E.G. Daily - has against him.

The site claimed earlier in the night, Conrad went to Hunter's father Rick Salomon's house and 'stole his Bentley'.

He was charged with grand theft auto, with bail set at $60k.

Poker player Rick - E.G.'s ex-husband - was also Paris Hilton's co-star in her 2003 sex tape.

Hunter took the restraining order against Conrad in May 2015 after they split; he allegedly tried to break into her house a month after that as well.

On Saturday, TMZ caught up with EG Daily to talk about the incident at her home, which she said she feels 'terrible' but that Conrad's erratic behavior has 'been going at it for a long time.'

'He was going through a hard time... so I didn't want it to be a big deal, which is why sometimes I didn't call the police,' explained the actress, 'I didn't want to make it an ordeal because to me it's just a matter of somebody's just not doing well.'

To EG, trouble with the law felt like the opposite of the help Conrad needs, saying, 'Jail is not for people with something going on in their head... It's not for somebody who needs help.'

She also revealed that she's been in touch with the hotel heir's parents and her main goal is everyone's safety.

Last June the troubled hotel heir was sentenced to two months in prison for violating the conditions of his parole.

He admitted in court that he had used drugs repeatedly while on probation, Us Weekly reported at the time, reportedly weeping as the sentence was read out.

'The underlying allegations that he admitted as being true concerned repeated drug use while on probation, including marijuana, synthetic cannabiniods and cocaine as well,' U.S. Assistant Attorney Alexander Scwab Schwab told the publication.

He was freed from prison on August 1, 2016.

In August of 2014, Conrad was arrested following an incident aboard an international flight during which he hurled profanities and made threats against fellow passengers.

'I am going to f***ing kill you!...I will f***ing own anyone on this flight... they are f***ing peasants,' Conrad shouted, according to court documents obtained by People.

During the flight Hilton also was accused of smoking weed in the bathroom of the plane. He became so erratic the flight crew had to restrain him to his seat after he had passed out.

Conrad pleaded guilty and at the sentencing received three years of probation, 750 hours of community service, and was ordered to participate in an outpatient substance abuse program including drug testing, and mandatory mental health evaluations.

The son of Kathy and Rick Hilton was again arrested in June 2015 on suspicion of violating a restraining order obtained by his former girlfriend Hunter Daily Salomon, the daughter of E.G. Daily and Rick Salomon (Pamela Anderson's ex).

Hunter was granted the restraining order after she said he would show up to her house at all hours, cry to her mother saying he wanted to marry her daughter, and refuse to leave.

'The U.S. Attorneys Office was satisfied with the sentencing. Two months was the recommendation we made in court,' Schwab told Entertainment Tonight.

According to ET, Conrad 'was in tears when the sentencing was announced. His parents were in the courtroom as well,' a source told ET.

In 2007, Conrad's sister Paris pleaded no contest to DUI, which resulted in a suspended license and 36 months of probation.

Later that year, the heiress was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating her own probation after she was caught driving with suspended license.

And Conrad's aunt, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards, has had her share of court battles after being arrested for shoplifting at a Los Angeles area Target in August of last year.
