Scott Disick and British model Ella Ross were spotted outside TAO Asian Bistro in Hollywood on Friday night, which happened to be Cinco De Mayo.

Rumors have been swirling online recently that the 33-year-old Kardashian satellite and the 19-year-old blonde have become an item.

Ella had dressed up Friday night in a lacy black crop top over a bit of sparse black netting that stretched over her enviably chiseled midriff.

High-waisted black and white Adidas trousers draped about her svelte legs, and she'd accessorized with a small black jacket and black leather purse.

Meanwhile, Scott - who's got three children by Kourtney Kardashian - had teamed a pink, white and red Fila hoodie over a white top that poked out over sky blue jeans.

The two of them were also spotted together on Saturday out and about in Los Angeles - she in a top strikingly similar to the one she'd worn Friday night.

Scott was reportedly stung when he saw recent photos of Kourtney with her rumored current beau Younes Bendjima, according to sources who spoke to TMZ.

Younes, who incidentally is 14 years Kourtney's junior, is speculated to have dated her since October - but Scott apparently feels strung along by Kourtney.

To hear the TMZ sources tell it, Scott's take is that he was led to believe that if he managed sobriety and 'respect,' Kourtney might consider taking him back.
