Upon her release on December 23, 2015, Giudice was ordered to pay $414,588.90 in restitution.

She was also ordered to cooperate with the IRS, take on no new debt or credit and notify her probation officer within seventy-two hours of being arrested or questioned by a law enforcement officer.

On May 5, a 'Report on Offender Under Supervision' was filed by Giudice’s probation officer.

The report accused Giudice of being non-compliant with the conditions of her supervision. The probation officer claimed on two separate occasions the reality star was questioned by police and she never informed him as the court order mandates.

Court documents obtained by DailyMail.com reveal the May 5 report is Teresa Giudice's final written reprimand. Her probation officer claimed she was warned after her first traffic ticket that she needed to report police questioning (pictured with daughters Audriana and Milania)

The P.O. says on September 14th, 2016 Giudice was issued a traffic ticket by the Port Authority Police Department in New York for making an illegal turn.

The probation officer said both Giudice and her lawyer were notified that all future contacts with police, including traffic matters, must be reported to the Probation Office.

He said despite his warning last year Giudice once again failed to report to him yet a police encounter. On April 20 in Wayne, New Jersey she was issued a traffic ticket by local police for use of a handheld cell phone while operating a motor vehicle.

The probation officer filed the report – which puts Giudice on warning with the court and makes sure the judge is aware of her behavior – and he states that this will be her last written reprimand.

The court documents state any other incidents will result in a violation petition being filed against her.
