'My butt isn't big enough to be fake!' Instagram star Jen Selter reveals her secret to getting one of Instagram's most famous posteriors... and denies getting surgery
Her belfies have won her Instagram fame with 11m followers, and she is frequently described as having the 'world's best butt'.
And Jen Selter has opened up about the fitness regime that has earned her name of bootie queen.
The Instagram star, 23, also denied getting surgery, in the midst of a rise in the trend for bum enhancements.

Speaking to Women's Health about her workout regime, Jen said: ‘I’m a normal girl and I like to go to the gym, get my workout in and feel good about myself. Results don’t happen overnight.
'They happen with dedication and hard work. I separate my training into leg day, upper body, core and cardio. I always work out for an hour.’
And admitting that she once considered getting an x-ray, something that would prove she hadn't got butt implants as opposed to fat transfer treatment, she explained: ‘I thought of having an X-ray to prove my butt is real. But why should I have to do that to disprove something that is so obviously false?

'My butt is not even big enough to be fake. If it is big enough to look fake, I’d take that as a compliment. I have a body that anyone could have if they worked hard and worked out consistently.’
And the pretty New Yorker has got used to the negativity which can come with being in the spotlight.
‘When you post on social media, you’re putting yourself at risk of being judged and potentially opening yourself up to negative people. No matter who you are, it’s going to happen,' she admitted.

However she has learned to come to terms with it, adding: 'You can’t let it upset you. When I started on social media, I wasn’t used to the extremes of opinion.
'I was upset about it. Now I just laugh. Now I’m stronger…[Sometimes] I know I should be going out and networking, but I’d rather stay at home and watch Netflix.’
