Baywatch's Donna D’Errico reveals she had 'arm-lift, tummy tuck, lipo and a fat transfer to my buttocks’ in a SINGLE DAY

Donna D’Errico is very happy with her cosmetic surgeon.

The Baywatch beauty, 49, has given a pair of glowing testimonials to the work of Dr. Michael K. Obeng, admitting that she had four major procedures - 'an arm lift, tummy tuck, lipo and a fat transfer to my buttocks' - in a single day earlier this year.

Donna, who was Playboy magazine's featured Playmate in September of 1995, praised the Beverly Hills-based surgeon's work both in a recent post on the site RealSelf, as well as in a piece with Inside Edition.
