Celine Dion commemorated the end of her first Met Gala appearance by chowing down on a New York street hot dog — while still wearing her custom Versace gown. 

The 49-year-old singer took to Instagram four days after the high-profile event to share a photo of herself posed outside a Top Hot Dog stand in her dress, which featured a high slit that exposed her entire thigh.

'Priceless! Late night hot dog in New York fully dressed in Versace!' she captioned the image that sees her happily taking a bite of her late-night treat.

Spending the day getting ready and posing for pictures before dancing the night away can be exhausting, and the iconic songstress looks thrilled to be snacking on a hot dog after the event.

The picture sees her eating the hot dog with two hands as she shows off her leg while inadvertently striking a pose outside the sidewalk stand.   

The cheeky snapshot was taken by photographer Denise Truscello, who also shared it on her own Instagram page. 

'Always an adventure working with this wonderful lady!!! #blessed,' she wrote.

For her first time attending the annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute, Celine sported a seriously bold look. 

The star turned heads in a funky black and silver Versace number that featured an extreme thigh-high slit and gold clips for this year's theme, which honored ground-breaking Comme des Garçons designer Rei Kawakuboas.

The star rocked a super edgy and futuristic hairdo that featured some extreme styling, and she topped off her bold look with plenty of black eye makeup, peach blush, and nude lips.

'This is like having a job for the first time or having a kiss for the first time — this is big,' she told Women's Wear Daily about going to the fashion extravaganza. 'I'm not going to have enough eyes [to see it all].' 

Before entering the museum, Celine proudly posed with her hand on her hip and her leg popped as she showed off her ensemble on the red carpet. 

Celine was later photographed busting a move with Halle Berry, and she was clearly working up an appetite on the dance floor.

The singer even gave a private concert inside the empty museum, and the footage filmed by Vogue's entertainment media editor, Sophia Li, was shared on the magazine's Instagram page.  

'Seizing the moment at her first #metgala, @celinedion gifted us with a private concert inside an empty @metmuseum,' Vogue captioned the clip.
