Actress Estella Warren has been arrested.

The Planet Of The Apes star, 38, was taken in by police on Sunday for pouring cleaning fluid on her boyfriend, according to a Monday report from TMZ.

The two had an 'argument' in her Marina del Rey, California apartment, law enforcement officials told the site. County Sheriff's deputies booked Warren for misdemeanor domestic violence.

The Law & Order actress was released after posting a $20,000 bail.

The blonde beauty got her started in modeling and then moved into movies. She is best known for Planet Of The Apes with Mark Wahlberg, Tim Roth and Helena Bonham Carter, as well as Driven with Sylvester Stallone, Burt Reynolds and Gina Gershon.

During the argument, Estella 'grabbed a container of some kind of cleaning solution and threw it at the guy.'

He did not want to get medical treatment, it was alleged.

This is not the first time Estella has been arrested.

In May 2011, LAPD took her in after she allegedly hit three parked cars with her Toyota Prius and then fled the scene.

Police eventually found her and arrested her for DUI.

The star allegedly kicked a police officer during her arrest and resisted being handcuffed. At the police station she slipped her cuffs off and tried to run away, but was caught.

She was charged with DUI, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting a police officer.

Her bail was set at $100,000.

She entered a no contest plea three months later  and was ordered to a residential rehab facility for six months.

Warren got her start as a synchronized swimmer then went into modeling. She has appeared in Sports Illustrated as has posed for Victoria's Secret.  

After Planet Of The Apes, she showed up in Driven (2001), Kangaroo Jack (2003) and The Cooler (2003).

The beauty has also appeared on the TV shows That '70s Show, Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Ghost Whisperer.
